Nice showroom. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have lots of different types of fabric in all sorts of colors. Lots of parking. I would recommend this place.

Simple order can't be taken. No local rep direct line and website seems not working properly. For correcting the error, the staff passing that around and not willing to take the corrected again. almost impossible communicating with all of staff there. All sound like they work home base, no one take the order correctly nor trying to correct it.Who answered phone last day, he was very rude and seems no one monitor their jobs and definately something seriously wrong.

Terrible customer service from this company. I had a business account set up with them, placed and picked up orders at the richmond location 3 years before Covid. In Feb 2023 I contacted them about ordering materials, was told by the sales rep that the richmond location was closed for pick ups and that i would have to order online from the website . I asked the sales rep, how do I get set up to access the website to place orders. She asks for my company name and account number. When I tell her the name and account number she tells me there is no company associated with this account number. I'm put on hold, she comes back on the phone and tells me that your company name and account number match a company address in Ontario. My company information got changed to being in Ontario, my company has always been in BC. The sales rep tells me to contact AR and they will correct this for me. I contact AR, my company information is corrected, I request information to get set up for their website. On Feb 18,2023 I ordered some materials totaling $215.94. I get an email from the credit dept with a credit card authorization form to fill out. I contact the credit dept asking them to let me know the total cost of shipping charges before charging my credit card as the invoice didn't list shipping charges or tax charges. The credit dept responds by email and she tells me there is no shipping charges and the order total is $215.94. I'm given a new invoice after my credit card is charged and they charged me PST after they had my PST number on file. Feb 23,2023 I emailed them asking when I'm going to receive my order and why was I charged PST. They send me 2 emails back to back on the same day. Email number 1 they said the order was for pick up. Email number 2 they said ignore Email 1 and tell me that I have to pay shipping charges for the order after originally telling me there was no shipping charges and also they said they would credit the PST charge but they didn't do that either. I told them I'm cancelling the order and want the $215.94 credited back to my visa. They email me telling me how sorry they are for the service I experienced and asked me to give them another chance to earn their trust. They sent me an email on Feb 28,2023 saying everything has been credited back to me but when I checked with visa they never credited the money back to my visa. This company is trying to rip me off and not give me my money back. As a business I would not recommend doing any business with this company choose another supplier.

I am probably one of their smallest client, but they really took the time to help me out. I really appreciate it. Thanks.

Products are good but the customer service needs a lot of work. Placed an order and told it was ready for pick up, but when I arrived no one knew what I was talking about and the order was not packed.

Products are fine and fair priced. But the service is lacking if not disorganized. I had my first order preauthorized and prepaid 4 weeks in advance. And on the day of pickup it was not available if not i called earlier. On my second attempt the customer service told me to only wait 30 mins before pickup. When i showed up i had to wait an additional 30 mins. What kind of business is this? There are no other customers present.
