Do not buy from them unless you don't need delivery and installation. And prey that your furniture is in perfect condition. Or you will be end up in an endless nightmare. You will almost never able to speak to a staff over the phone. The only time you get to talk to them, they will promise your dream came true then when work needs to be done, nothing will be ever done.

This company is almost impossible to talk to. When you finally reach an agent to schedule delivery of your order, they will just transfer you and the second agent pretends they can't hear you. (Even though everything worked just fine talking to the previous agent.) Left multiple messages, no one has called back. Support in Montreal answers the phone, but isn't able to help beyond transferring the call back to the previous mentioned people who don't answer the phones.Would give zero stars for customer service if possible.

Bought a set of chairs from the burlington store but picked them up at the warehouse. One of them came in a little unbalanced and went to the burlington store to exchange it. They said I had to exchange it at the warehouse since i picked it up from there and that it wouldn't be a problem.I called the warehouse and spoke with Balchand Vish and she told me I couldnt come in because she needed to fill up the paperwork first for me to return it but to expect her call.She called me during my work hours this week so I couldnt answer. I called back after a week and she asked me if i had received an email ( I didnt). She insisted that she needed to sent a technician to my house to check and take pictures of the chair, and if those came in satisfactory, then she would be able to start the paperwork for a return.Final Point: This much of a hustle to return a faulty product ? I will definitely think 3 times next time before I order from them again. I have had MUCH BETTER SERVICE at EQ3 and Structube.

REALLY bad service. Had to call the Consumer Protection in Quebec and Ontario to fill a complain.First, difficult to speak to someone at the dispatch department. I had to call another department to be able to speak to someone to schedule a date for the delivery.Second, my bed had a defect. Had a to wait 2 months to get a call from Mobilia warehouse to after tell me that my bed is backorder. So they told me that I can change de bed, even though I bought the whole bedroom set.Third, they gave me a date for de delivery, they told me that I will receive a text message 48hours before de delivery. I haven't received anything. So I called the day before (still hard to speak to someone), and they told me that they lost 2 items for my delivery. Still at the warehouse in Montreal.I can say they have nice products, however the service is really bad. They don't take in consideration the situation of the costumer. All my coworkers told me they won't buy from Mobilia when they heard my story. It is really unfortunate.

A Very difficult place to find . There are NO signs on the road . Just small #'s. I'm surprised that an organization like MOBILIA fails on the last step before handing over the purchased goods to the purchaser. Mobility should do a paid study to confirm this if they don't believe this comment.

When I went to pick up my item, the warehouse associate refused to load my item in the car. He expected me to jump up a ramp that was a meter high, grab a huge pack and jump back down with my purchase.This is clearly written on their website:Once all paperwork is in order

I am quite satisfied with the quality and style of your furniture, which is why I will buy my sofa from you for the second time, even though I have to wait for three or four months each time. But the customer service attitude in your delivery department is very bad, the lady's name is Vanessa. This person will make the company lose more repeat customers!

I got my mattress delivered several days ago. However, the delivery team refused to help me bring the mattress to my condo unit. They insisted that they can only leave the mattress outside of my building. The delivery team saw that, I tried to carry the mattress myself but couldn't. But they still refused to carry the mattress to my unit for me. Instead, they carried the mattress to the loading area of the building. I had to spend about half an hour to find someone to help, borrow a cart from property manager, stuff it in the elevator (that I already booked for delivery), etc. I don't feel my $70 + HST of delivery fee is worth it at all.I contacted Mobilia about this. They refunded me the delivery fee.

In the future I won’t purchase from Mobilia after picking up my order from the warehouse. The warehouse staff are rude and ignorant. The gentleman in the back was upset that I was picking up my order as if I was bothering him bc he was in the middle of working, consistently huffing and puffing and when I had a question. He wouldn’t allow me to finish and said “I don’t know” and walked away. Terrible service! FYI: they leave the massive boxes on the top of the dock and expect you to load your vehicle. I ordered several furniture pieces and had to load them into my car by myself!!

No one ever picks up the call. Left voice messages multiple times as instructed, but received no responses. I’d rate zero stars for customer service if possible.
