We waited on the list for a few years and got a call a few months ago. The process is seamless and the staff really worked beyond excellence. Our unit is so clean, and it smells so fresh despite that they just re-painted the walls. The building and the whole property is well-maintained. The office staff is so easy-to-deal with, special mention to the maintenance staff and Ms. Maria for the outstanding job!Thank you for this homey feeling, Bradel! It’s a good day everyday to wake up in our new home.

This is a great place to live. All staff are very friendly and helpful and the residents living here are also very friendly. The suites are nice and spacious and beautifully renovated. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Honestly not the nicest place to rent but not the worst. In the winter the heat ( which you don't control) isn't hot enough and you're always freezing, the water takes an incredible amount of time to get hot and my apartment on the 6th floor had ANTS in the baseboards. Did I mention my laundry basket got stolen from the laundry room! The landlords seemed nice enough but the building are not in the best of shape. When people where touring the apartment after we gave our two month notice I over heard them say rent is $900, $900 for a two bedroom that doesn't have a dishwasher or laundry in that part of town is a rip off. We live downtown now and we have laundry, dishwasher and central air and all inclusive rent for that price! So I would recommend if you're looking for an apartment to search a bit harder because there are better deals then this place.

I really enjoyed living here. It was a great place to raise our kids and a great place to start in a new country as staff and tenants were friendly and accommodating. The only reason we moved out recently was because we bought a house. The landscaping is also very well done with beautiful green space around the grounds.

Best apartment I've lived in. Treated with respect and they always remember me. All the other tenants are sweet and nice to speak with. Have never had a problem here and I don't plan on leaving for a long time because of how well I have been treated.

I have really enjoyed my time living here. The building is very clean, quiet and it is a friendly community. My two bedroom is a good size and is in great shape. Management seems to be on top of the site maintenance and the work order I submitted was quickly attended to.

Bradel Properties is a great place to call home. The management is superb, the property is well maintained and there is a real sense of pride when you enter the complex; not only with staff, but with tenants as well.Overall a safe, cozy place to live.

Lived here for 4 years. Some tenants I know lived here for 7 to 30+ years. I am so grateful I moved here. Very clean complex. They have cleaners coming over every morning Monday to Sunday to clean the lobby, hallways and laundry area. I love their laundry rooms, it's so clean, bright, has new machines and well-maintained. They have a nice superintendent who is prompt in responding issues. I feel comfortable living in the complex. I would recommend this property if you want a clean, secured, well-maintained place for you and your family.
