The two gentlemen working on the night of Saturday February 11th, demonstrated exceptional work ethic and fabulous customer service. I was very impressed. This business is lucky to have them and I hope they are recognized.

No problem with the food, if they have what you want. Which often they don’t. But the customer service? It is the worst in Hope. By far. They are rude, disrespectful and impatient. I don’t know what has happened to customer service these days, but this place is a great example of how bad it has become.

worst service they wouldn’t stop talking to each other. Bread tastes freezer burnt and veggies and bacon looked gross. Half my toppings fell out of my sandwich and they threw it out. Took forever to get out of there.

Walked in wasnt greeted. Was told to wait while both workers were in the back talking to eachother . Girl was sitting on the phone using the same gloves as she used to handle my veggiesAlso she handled another customers money then my food againEvery table was dirtyAll around the veggies was grossThrew my sub out didnt even eat itWont be going back hereSeriously discusted with the service and handling of my foodI give it a 0 star because i would not return here

The guy serving me had a big black beard with no cover over it. Asked if I wanted it toasted, I said NO thank you, he toasted it anyway. They had no tomato, mustard, pepper and the pop dispenser didn’t work. Then they ask for a tip when I went to pay. There was a homeless fellow outside, I gave him the sub and went somewhere else

As a former trucker I've eaten Subway in 48 states and six provinces. So what I do is have them make me a sub they would eat. I've never been let down and discovered all kinds of new flavor combinations and things that aren't generally on the menu. The people at this one never let me down and seem to enjoy it when I come in to ask for something they would eat.

Cute small town subway. Clean, friendly, and fresh ingredients. Lots of parking on the side road. Hit the park downtown to enjoy your sandwich at a picnic table.Reccommend this facility.

The worst subway service I have ever seen. Both of the workers don’t have time to serve the customers, they were busy talking to themselves. Was not paying attention to what we are saying and they were busy talking to themselves in their own language.

If you are looking for the worst Subway in BC, try this one out. It's a good competitor. Unfortunately it's steady traffic is from people passing through Hope for a quick bite, but as someone who has lived here long enough to see no positive changes in this place? I suggest you go the extra 4 minutes down to the Flying J's subway. They actually clean their workspace, have toppings and meat that aren't browning; And their staff are actually coherent. No, seriously. My friend and I once ordered from this Subway in town and one of the younger girls in the family made his sandwich complete opposite to what he was asking for, and instead of a proper apology or offering to remake it. Yep, you guessed it. She was laughing and offered nothing to makeup for her mistakes. Instead my friend just wanted out of there because of her behavior and paid for something he didn't want. Why? Because having 7 pizza places in town gets old for takeout. I had to use the washroom quickly while stopping by, too, recently it seems they've completely bypassed proper upkeep there as well. The toilet seat was clammy + garbage full. Poor light fixture too. Overall this place is a huge avoid. Take the extra couple minutes to the next Subway and enjoy something worth your money. This place needs new owners, or turned into something else. Badly. ✌
