I purchased both the floor mats and window vents. The product is good for the most part. I did have a problem with the final window vent I installed, passenger front. The flange that sits in the window track was too thick I think. The window wouldn't close all the way and the flange chipped in spots. When I contacted customer service about this I was told they don't warranty things that happen on install and that it wouldn't affect the product. Now I am no expert but I would think that the part of the product that holds the product in place should probably not have damage and may affect performance and security of the product if it does. Any way don't bother with the the window vents, they do not stand behind their product.*******so after I left this review and company comment, left the managers number. I called and left a message (still waiting for a call back) they decided to send me a replacement window vent. This one fits without issue so that leaves me to believe they may have a problem with thier manufacturing. Any way everything works now as it should. I guess you maybe only buy in store, any issues with online purchases seem to be a fight.

Looks and fits great! This is actually for my new Rav4 2018. I had weathertech Rain guards for my 2004 Tacoma for 15 years. And those still work and look great.Tint isn't too dark. You can see clearly out them. No blind spots. Dark enough to help with sunshine.

I bought WeatherTech floor mats for the third time and am, once again, thrilled with the quality and protection they provide. Very fast delivery, easy to use website, great value! I also picked up cup-holder inserts which fit perfectly.

I couldn't find mats for my car model anywhere. this was the only site that had them. Great quality, fits perfectly. There was just no cargo mats I was looking for had to buy off another site, not a big deal. I'm happy with my order.

**Perfection product**Customer service and the guys at the showroom will give it a 10 star. everything is perfect the guy at the showroom installed the Side Window Deflectors in 15 mins on my 2019 Ford Explorer like a PRO. I'm already planning to buy the Stone & Bug Deflector and All-Weather Floor Mats, I know that they are a bit pricy but they have the best of the best.

My window visors arrived promptly. As spring sports were underway with the kids it took a few weeks for me to get them installed and allow the 12 hours set time. Once I did find time, I carefully read the instructions and watched a YouTube video from WeatherTech and I had them both installed in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend anyone doing this. Please watch the video before doing as the pictures were hard to see and the motion of the bending and the clipping was hard to understand from the pictures. Overall excellent product will be shopping WeatherTech again

Purchased the back seat pet protector and screen to stop dogs from entering the front driving area. Excellent investment. Easy to install. Makes me feel better that the dogs are taken care of (and so is the car).

Unbelievably fast service. Ordered these liners on a Thursday evening and they arrived on the following Monday the exact day I took delivery of my new vehicle. Fit is perfect. Keeps the weather off your mats and carpet.

Online purchasing and retail store installation of vehicle window deflectors bought experiences were great. Customer service staff online and from their Burlington retail store were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly in responding to queries. As first time buyer of their product for a friend’s car, we decided to visit the store and have them install the items for a fee since we are used to get those installed by dealership to our previous cars no issues so we never knew what goes around it.Anyhow, the only issue I found is when Service was done with the installation, no one mentioned what to expect at first or making cautionary actions as if assuming all customers are familiar on how to go about the new install; we had to go back to the store and ask the staff for further assistance and information when car windows won’t fully close when testing them at first.

Fit was way too tight. Was meticulously installed and slowly rolled up the window. Tried to make more room as window went up by manipulating the deflectors with my hands. Before going fully up with window I rolled it up and down a few times to coax them into fitting better. Still, once the window was put fully up a few times I heard the rear end fin crack inside the window channel. So I took them out and dug out the pieces that cracked off. Asked support to replace the front set and they said no. The edge / fin part that sits in the window channel was clearly too wide but apparently it's my fault. Have them sitting in my garage now and I'm out $200 CAD. Rear ones fit well, but I did notice that the metal clips dig into the weather stripping which I wasn't a fan of. Would have left them in if all 4 fit properly. Thanks WeatherTech!Update: so they replaced the front set after they acknowledged this negative review. Still not impressed overall. Reach out for help and they tell you to just continue using the broken set because it was an installation failure, even though they were in place and installed.. They broke because they fit too tight. Shouldn't take online negative reviews to get a company to back their products in my opinion. Buy the OEM low profile ones, they look better anyways.
