We agreed that it would be “on call” only but after I noticed that the bin has been emptied even though it was only 1/4 full.... I called to see what’s up and they said your on a monthly contract. So I was tricked by the sales men.

I was at the McDonald's in Milton on market St. I pulled in with my truck and parked in the corner to go inside. The Miller driver truck #214140 was lined up to service the bin. The Miller driver was chatting with someone in the parking lot blocking traffic of all the customers. I went in McDonald's and when I came back out he was still there chatting with the same guy. I had asked him to move his truck so could get by without backing out into the entrance. He refused to move his truck asking me if I had reverse on my truck and just back out.very rude nad inconsiderate !!!

You are better off going to wasteco, just east of Rutherford rd. Miller pays Wasteco to dump there anyway, so you'll get a better price there.

STOP DOING WASTE PICKUPS IN DOWNTOWN BRAMPTON AT 5 IN THE MORNING!!!Your driver is so noisy with back-up alarms and banging of waste containers.This has been going on for years - it's got to stop!
