I really don’t know what some of you wanna be drivers are whining about on here?Obviously you think the world owes you something? Or you’re above the law and think rules don’t apply to you?I’ve had the pleasure of loading and unloading here for the past 5 + years, and as far as steel plants are concerned you can’t fault these guys. From security to the scale house and guys on the floor and the crane operators I’ve never had a problem. Play by the simple rules they ask you to, and all will be fine!

Poor staff , worst experience with staff specially female staff works on scale , they judge with skin colour. She was so rude to me , took so long for paperwork

Very poor facility. Took so long to unload.. specially lady who receives phone call is so rude, don't know how to talk on phone calls.when they told you to stop at 4 cones then make sure to call them back from scale bcoz they forget that drivers are waiting at designated spot...unloading process is so slow at overhead crane also ....

Every staff member from security to Loading bays is polite and respectful. Except this old Lady working in scale office. She is racist, rude, unprofessional, impatient, she can’t handle even 1% of what guys at whitby mill goes through. Most disrespectful person at Gerdau Location.
