Staff and perogies are 11/10 - sandwiches not so much. Pretty dead on a Wednesday, will come back on a Thursday to give the place a third chance !

I felt very comfortable here. It's clearly popular with the older generation - looks like something straight out of Coronation Street.I had the steak and Guinness pie with mashed potatoes and veggies.The portions were generous without being excessive. The veggies were excellent. The potatoes are real - not instant - but a bit gluey (need to heat up the milk and butter before adding to hot potatoes to avoid that). The pie was mostly great - tender chunks of steak, rich gravy, puff pastry topper as promised.The was a flavour in it, though, that I found odd but for the life of me, i couldn't figure it out. Took me a while but I think it's cloves, which, even though it is a traditional ingredient, I've always disliked in meat dishes.Definitely a place to revisit.

Awesome bar, lively bar, amazing dj on Fridays, and open Mike on weds. Food and drinks are great. Recommended.

Great karaoke and dart league or four dart boards. Went to the dart league Christmas party three-course meal but the best part was the main course capital y u m!! Friendly atmosphere. Although there are no pool tables I find it to be a nice quaint little bar.

Bar maid's are good karaoke 10 pm start on Thursday food pretty good over good place just not alot of seating if ha e big groups but make it work enjoy every time I go
