Completely useless, they actually changed it so no one can actually call them, I tried every other government phone number either they dont have the necessary option on the answering system or the system just hangs up the call. Complete disgrace for a so called all inclusive and helpful Country.

A very bad look for a government service. No answer, goes straight to voicemail. The voicemail itself doesn't even have a company intro, it just goes straight as it would be calling someone you know.

I was trying to call five times yesterday it always said leave a message but after a few minutes it will said the mail box is full. Is this is the Immigration refugee please let us know not just hung up on us, and explain properly that we are on the wrong number. Very uncooperative staff who is answering the phone,. We are having serious matter right now, that’s why you are there in the field to help people not just to be rude. Please CIC pay attention to this staff very unhelpful try to call that number very rude.

Called and the guy answering the phone says it's the wrong number and hung up. Is this the right number for the office or is the person just not aware of where they are working at.

Called to ask for questions and the guy told me wrong didn't even tell me the right number. He just hang up on me. This terrible service I called 2 they didn't even answer and now he just hang up. Please hire people who can do their job as they should.
