Glaze Craze

My friends and I had a private 3 on 1 session, the instructor was awesome and we had a great time making the pieces. However, it took two months to get our final products back, no one called us to notify they were done and ready to be painted. After painting we called again to get an update on their progress and apparently the kiln had over fired, ours were okay but the colour was off so they said they would fix it and fire it again. Sadly the finished product on some of the pieces was not what we had sent to be fired, which is disappointing. They did offer for us to paint them again but given our distance away and the time it took to get them the first time, it wasn’t worth it. I will now be taking them to another studio to glaze and fire again as they were very rough when we got them.

I never wrote reviews but I had to for this place. The selection was really big they have so much to create not just pottery and fun painting. The ladies running store are so friendly nice and helpful and let us paint no rush. We defiantly will come be back to do more activities. The finishes preices were amazing, better than we thought we were able to make (with a bit of their help)

My wife and I went to Glaze Craze recently and had a very decent experience. On coming in, we were welcomed in but weren't really guided around the space to help us identify what project we should work on. When we picked the items we wanted to work on, we received very brief instructions by a worker with absolutely no enthusiasm. We sat down, finished our projects, and paid. Received a call to pick up our projects. My wife went and was given her project but also received someone else's project by mistake (after being assured mine was the one wrapped up for the taking). We had to waste our time to come back to the shop to be told to leave and wait to be contacted to come back again to pick up the correct piece again.

I have mixed reviews about this place but I do plan to give it another try. First the positives: reasonably priced, nobody rushed us, the finished product was beautiful. Negatives: many dry nearly empty paint jars, poor brush selection, young staff who seemed put out" by clients needing input even when they didn't appear busy."

We had our daughter's birthday there today. We would like to thank all the staff members making it happen for us despite of a couple of things did not go as planned. We had a very friendly and funny host that made us and the birthday girl laugh many times. Kids had amazing time! We will be back for a workshop or a class.

Visiting the area I heard about this great studio so I decided to check it out. The owner, Karin and her staff were friendly and so helpful. They have so many techniques and ideas they are happy to share, a great selection of pottery to paint and many colors to choose from. Great way to spend a creative afternoon, I would definitely return.

We had an AMAZING time here Karin the owner and Natalie are THE BEST and they let me bring my puppy in to paint and make prints on a clay plate! Definitely would recommend and there seemed to be a really fun party in the back room too because as the kids were leaving they were all laughing and talking about the slime they made. Definitely coming back

Went there a week ago they had good selection, reasonable pricing. The staff were every helpful, even when it got busy. I was there for a good portion of the day painting a couple of things. They were so much quicker than the other pottery painting places I have been to, as to when the glazing would be done by. It took them 2-3 days to complete it and they called to inform that it's ready to be picked. Just wish there were more locations that's south.

Hilarious experience! I paid 2 1-1 lessons and hoped to make a Mother's Day present. I did it online and paid for both lessons in total of 3 hours. On the online page there was a Note Box, in case customer wished to deliver a special request on the lesson. I wrote It would be a present for my mother and I hope it's something special

My daughter went to the night out friday night and loved it. The studio look spacious and bright. The owner was very frendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her. Hightly recomend, it is a great place to do art project s.
