Amazing service with Pascal Beauséjour.He has been very courteous from the start and was very flexible with me. Whenever I had certain questions, he was very accommodating and available to respond by text or email and made my service enjoyable.

Keenen Estinvil is the best sales representative I have ever met!I had a wonderful experience while buying a used 2015 Subaru Legacy from Volkswagen Lauzon Boisbriand.I came to the store the first time only 20 minutes before it was supposed to close. Despite that, Keenen was very welcoming and friendly, took the time to remove the snow and show me the car, and even offered me to do a test drive inside the parking lot, since the store had already closed. I liked the car and was so impressed with his friendly and proactive attitude, that I decided to make a deposit to reserve the vehicle.So, I came to the next day for a test drive on the road and again had the same amazing support from Keenen. He even stayed past the time he was supposed to leave, due to a personal commitment.Then, I asked to have the car inspected by a Subaru dealer and was fully supported.I ended up buying the car and have been driving for a little over 2 weeks, and very happy with it!Finally, I want to say that this was by far the best experience I ever had while buying a car and that we need more salespersons like Keenen!Thank you and best regards,Marcio Rocha.March 02nd, 2023

The worst experience i have got on this dealership in my whole life. These guys are the rude and egotistical people they don’t know how to deal with the customer. They sold the accidental vehicles and with not certification. I recommend not to buy from here any vehicle.

My experience with Pascal Beausejour and also Marie-Josee at delivery was excellent. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend when purchasing or leasing your next VW.

I went to this place and the every single guy even director is so rude and mean. They don’t know how to deal a customer the worst’s experience i had in my life. I suggest not to visit this place they sell accidental cars and not good.

I went in for service after my warranty was up and was told my clutch needs to be replaced after 4 years of driving and I was asked if this if the first time I've ever driven a manual car. They refused to do my wheel alignment because of it. I went to a mechanic and got a 2nd opinion and he said my clutch is still in good shape, I've 3-4 more years easy with it. This service lady was trying to convince me to go for the 2500$ clutch replacement at volkswagen. I'm not going back to this money hungry vulture of a company again after that.
