Franki's Pizzeria

It was a super clean place! The service was good and the prices were a bit high but still not exorbitant.The pizza was cut terribly, the base was basically chopped tomatoes and hot sauce. It was too acidic and the seasoning was bland.The only redeeming thing about the place is the people but the menu and the portion control needs to be at a better standard.

Had the two house special deal tonight. Meat and Frankie's.. excellent, just excellent. My favourite pizza by far in the city

My favourite pizza place in town, they have the bet panzerottis. They always have great service. Went there again tonight to grab dinner and the young man behind thr counter was amazingly kind, polite and fast.****Super sad edit**** we haven't been to Franki's since February of 2022 because of poor customer service from Sebastian. I see my review reaches a lot of people and the spirit is still there but I refuse to go there anymore.In Feb of 2022 I called in our usual order. Went to pick it up and there was an issue, Sebastian told me I ordered a pizza and not a panzerotti. We only ordered panzi's but ok I didn't have time to wait the 15 mins for a new one. So I asked formy money back.Sebastian felt it was necessary to explain to me that I ordered wrong, fixated on it. I didn't care I needed my refund so I can go grab something for all these kids before their event.Sebastian continued to tell me I ordered wrong. I was trying to explain it didn't matter I just needed the refund I was now going to be late.Sebastian then tells me he's not giving me my money back. Super cute. Other people come in and he starts acting like I'm out of control. It was a real shame.I'm sure they don't miss my business but I'll be honest - they don't deserve the benefit of my great review. Sorry Franki.

Honestly didn't live up to what everyone had been saying about the place. Service wasn't great - watched a few people come in after waiting for more than 15 minutes to be told wait for another 7 because it's still in the oven (but they had actually forgotten to put the pizzas in the oven). At the end of it all there wasn't a garbage bin to throw out my empty pizza box, and judging my the look of the fellow I gave it to it was not okay"?"

Been going since I was 10. I'm 25 now and still brag to my friends all over the world about a large pep from franks. From delivery to pickup, I'm always left with 100% customer satisfaction and great service. 10/10 will be a customer for life.

Frank's is awesome. Everytime I come back to town I make sure to stop by and get there walking special. Two HUGE slices of pizza and a pop for $8.00The pizza tastes great and it seems like there's always a fresh pizza coming out of the oven.Don't pass on this place, it's a must try.

Great gluten free crust. Best tasting pizza in Canada. Franki's topping is delicious and generous, make your transcanada trip worth it and stop at Franki's Pizzeria

We asked a staff member at the hotel to recommend a pizza place. She said Franki's was super awesome". Well

I needed a quick bite before leaving town. I grabbed three different slices from Franki's and enjoyed all three. The slices he gives you are bigger than my head, and i have a huge noggin by the way. I think I bit off more than I could chew with today's three slice venture.Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. I look forward to tasting one of their freshly cooked pizzas after trying the ready made slices.Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
