They are crooks the new owners won’t give receipts or an invoice and when you ask for an invoice you get called a racist. Very unprofessional I was advised to report him to revenue Canada glad I got my stuff out of there. And I had a game camera in my locker and saw him go in there twice

We rented the storage unit over the winter to store our furniture as our new house was being built. In the spring we found water ingress in the unit that damaged our furniture. The owner, won't take any responsibility, hung up on me multiple times and actually asked if I had been storing a waterbed in the storage unit!! He also charged my credit card an extra month upon moving my water logged furniture out even though our contract states one day notice of termination is required. Proceed with extreme caution as he has a short temper and difficult business acumen.

I had my travel trailer stored at this place. Thinking it was a good place, they are certainly convincing that they have the latest surveillance equipment and guard dogs on site. What they neglected to say is this is something they may do in the future.I had my travel trailer, brand new at that!, BROKEN into, ransacked and a lot of belongings stolen. Management did diddle squat to help me out with the thieves. No cameras recording!! Cops came I took my trailer out of their. DO NOT PARK ANYTHING OF VALUE IN HERE!!

This place is so shady. After being here for a year under different ownership, I was paying $40/mo to store my RV. They increased the price to $63/mo, they have turned off all cameras and the gate is left open all day. The owner then called my husband, whose name is not on file just his number for emergency and told him he had to pay $78, which he did. When I went in to speak with them, they don’t even have a lot on their site worth that much. The owner is super shady and I wouldn’t park anything worth value on this lot. We’ve moved to Sylvan Storage, amazing customer service and $40/mo. Much nicer facilities.

THIEVESNew owners and management don’t care. All the bad reviews on here about this place are true. Numerous trailers and boats were BROKEN INTO or STOLEN completely. Management says they look at all trailers daily but they do not. Soon as I drove up to my trailer I could tell it was broken into. Owners won’t refund your money as well and they just block you.DO NO RECOMMEND AT ALLUse sylvan storage much more secure

Thevies, cooks and frauds! Items stolen from the property, looks like an inside job. They said they have no security or surveillance and they will not cover with insurance, then they tell me they are increasing rent. They broke the rental agreement in multiple areas. They need to be sued!

I store my Moto home in this horrible storage all my cloths tools accessories tv sink speaker etc etc get stolen not just me all the others tenants I spoke with the manager he said we r not responsible go report it !!!!! The new owner remove the cameras and the security dogs and he don’t care I really don’t recommend it

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! TO ALL CONSIDERING USING THIS STORAGE BUSINESS. I called to cancel my storage unit 5 days before the month was over for my rental. I said I don’t need the storage unit anymore so cut off the lock and DON’T CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD for anymore use of your services. He hung up on me and immediately put another months rental charge through. So, now the credit card company is going to investigate him on fraud charges. Man, what a headache.

STOP! Don’t put any of your valuables in this storage unit! They have false advertising and claim to keep your things save with 24 hour camera surveillance! However they allow anyone in at anytime and only have one small camera near the gate that clears every 24 hours. Thieves stole our boat right out of the so called secure lot and the owners of the storage place claim to not be liable. How have so many things gone missing from one single storage place? Are they getting a cut from the thefts? Please don’t use this place EVER!!!!

Don’t use these thieves. They’ve Broken our agreement and taken automatic payments beyond our contracted term.Update- owner reached out the following month threatening to charge me again.
