One of the poorest customer services quality. The receptionist wasn't willing to do her work and transfer to the correct contact to obtain an estimate. Once I insisted on someone calling me back, she took my number and someone did call me back. The person was extremely rude and not professional. He quoted me a price (2x or 2.5x the market) without even asking me for the design or colour of the panel I was looking for. Needless to say, just seemed like they only respect bulk purchasers (like developers) and could not careless about retail buyers. Hopefully I won't need the services of this company in the future.

Was referred to Anthony and his company by a friend and was thinking I would get incredible service but I was sadly wrong. I emailed pictures, drawings and a list of things we wanted in a kitchen and he's gone completely quiet on us. I've emailed and called multiple times and no response. I wouldn't use them if they charged me half price. Think twice before using them. There's many other cabinet makers willing to do a great job.

Good luck trying to get a response from this company unless you are a builder.... They as noted below never return calls or emails not sure why? BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! def. do NOT recommend.

customer services and care for others is horrible, drivers park in my driveway and block my entrance, drivers rudely tell me to park on street, called the owner who said he did not care and hung up. Receptionist iniially said owner was not there but owner was on phone with the driver and they magically appeared on the phone. dishonest and rude!

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and kindness.I needed to replace a piece of an existing kitchen on an apartment I’d just bought. My husband picked up the piece thinking I’d already paid for it which I hadn’t. When I emailed Anthony to ask how to pay I was told not to worry about it, make a donation to charity, buy someone a coffee or something & to have a Happy Thanksgiving.This went above and beyond and I will pay it forward with another act of kindness over the weekend.Thanks again!Paula

Thank you to Anthony for his time and expertise with our bathroom cabinetry. Met with warm reception, Anthony was always available when we needed design advise and response time was quick. Very professional with care to attention and detail ensuring customer satisfaction.The installers were top notch. They were very respectful of our home when delivering and moving around our home to install the cabinets. NiK installed some built in cabinets and floating shelves around my TV in the family room. The service was top notch from beginning to end. From dealing with the owner to the delivery men and the installer, everyone was respectful, courteous, and did an amazing job. The cabinets and shelves themselves are top quality and absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Anthony and his team built a beautiful set of cabinets for my newly renovated kitchen in my condo. I had a minor issue after my warranty was done and he ensured that he had this fixed with no hassles and no issues. They set up time and date immediately and took care of this in the most professional manner - I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very good customer service. My cabinets were installed two years ago by New Image. The paint started chipping. They replaced all for me free of charge. Very good warranty. The only thing is the canopy was not done very well, paint was also chipping on canopy, but it wasn’t replaced , I guess it couldn’t , it got only repaired, but the work was not that great. But overall, it was good. Andrew, the service manager , is a nice guy.

Recently moved to Innisfil into a home with pre-existing builder’s kitchen cabinets. Not the most expensive type but build sturdy and perfectly so no reasons to replace them, however they badly needed an addition. Upon inspecting the cabinets we found NIK logo on all drawers, therefore we contacted the company . A company that signs their work means they stand by their products and they are proud of them. Got in contact with Anthony, who was professional, detailed and , even if overwhelmed with projects, took my ( small) order too. The completion date was kept to the minute , the quality outstanding and matching existing cabinets was flawless. Thank you NIK!!!
