Total Health Pharmacy

Terrible experience, I went to pick up penicillin for my infant son.They tried to make up a story about how liquid penicillin hasn't been made for 3 years (it is still being made today, otherwise a doctor wouldn't prescribe it). Clearly they just didn't carry it and wanted to make up a lame excuse why they couldn't help.I asked them for the prescription back so that I could get the penicillin from a better pharmacy but they refused to give it back. Then when a family member came back later on that same day asking for it again they claimed that they lost it.This pharmacy is a joke, don't bother going here. You are much better off going to a reputable pharmacy like Rexall down the street or Shoppers. This isn't the first time they have done this either. We have given this pharmacy three attempts and every single time they cause problems.Once again, don't waste your time with these people they clearly have no idea how to conduct business.

My family has been going to this pharmacy since I was a teenager (over 25 years, when they were Pollock & Williams) we've all moved out of the area & we STILL go there to fill our prescriptions, ask for assistance. They're extremely knowledgeable, friendly & genuinely interested in our heath. It's personal, professional, quality care that you get from this pharmacy.

The friendly, efficient, informed and caring staff at this pharmacy have been looking after my changing needs for almost 30 years. They're wonderful-- taking time to listen and provide information, helping me find the right products and technology.

Man...we been coming here for awhile and I have no idea how these people win these pharmacy customer service awards! These are some of the most rude and condescending people I have ever met in my life! They are judgemental and pry into EVERY detail about whats going on in your private medical life! Say a prescription is ready for 9am and i arrive to them not even open for 20 minutes past opening! They very rarely have prescriptions ready on time! The most frustrating thing is the condescending comments and attitude! Some of the Pharmacists in here need to go work some real customer service jobs and see how easy they have here it shoving pills in bottles! All i need is a smile and a receipt leave my personal life alone!

We have used this pharmacy since we moved to the area 25 years ago. I can say that, in all this time, we have always been treated as valued customers. I recommend it to anyone who wants a true family pharmacy. Friendly, polite, informed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My mom recently moved here to live with us and she remarked on the great service she received too.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to answer all your questions. I never feel rushed.

OMG! Dropped off a prescription for a popular allergy medication three weeks ago. This pharmacy short-filled it, billed my insurance company, and here we are three weeks later and they still do not have it filled. My local Walmart pharmacy (who uses the same supplier) were able to get hold of the medication and offered it to Pollock and Williams but nobody could be bothered to pick it up. Poor, poor service!
