I've only ever called about potential services being performed here. Gentleman who answered the call was quite nice and had a sense of humour. Second call I made a female answered the phone. I was not too keen on the way she spoke to me and wasn't overly friendly while she spoke to me. I asked if it was possible to get a tired changed as I was driving around on TEMPORARY (DONUT) SPARE TIRE. She responded with The earliest I can get you in would be May 25th as we are extremely busy. That would have been almost 10 days with weekend included which I can understand them being busy but it was her sarcastic tone when answering me. Yet when I replied THATS FINE I WILL GO ELSEWHERE her tone of voice changed and her answer was different then..... Perhaps we can fit you in tomorrow. I responded NO THANK YOU I WILL TRY ELSEWHERE. SO I THANKED HER FOR HER TIME AND ENDED THE CALL WITH.... me saying YOU HAVE YOURSELF A GOOD DAY BYE. She replied BYE. ??? That was not a good experience from someone who had just bought the business. Hopefully the gentleman will answer the phone should I ever have to ask for their services again.

My appointment was made in a short time and the work was done quickly. Very reliable mechanics.

Was on my way to Toronto with my young daughter during the holidays and my Jeep broke down. When I called, stranded on the side of the road, they were lovely and extremely helpful. They were very friendly and honest and did everything possible to help. They were more than fair with their pricing, especially considering the quick turnaround and it being a holiday. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
