The Groomery Dog Spa

Took my rescue here for his first professional groom. He can be reactive and has a history of trauma so I was nervous about his first experience, but I didn't have a thing to worry about! The whole experience was positive and I am so, so happy to have found The Groomery. Booking was easy and I was given a spot significantly earlier due to a cancellation. As soon as I was dropping Goose off I was reassured that they had read his notes and were willing to do any accommodations necessary for him due to his missing leg. His appointment went smoothly and he was finished within the time frame they stated. When I picked him up he was so happy! As soon as the door opened there he was with a big ol' smile on his face. For the rest of the day he was happy and had an extra pep in his step. The grooming itself was also wonderful. He is so soft and looks just nice and cleaned up. No more sad little baths at home for Goose! His adorable bandana was also an extra fun bonus. Honestly, I am so happy to have found somewhere to take him where he clearly had a positive first experience and you could tell he felt amazing afterwards. Thank you so much!

The Groomery is a top-notch dog grooming service in South Langley. Located amongst an equestrian center, the setting is modern, and professional. Staff are kind, knowledgeable, caring, and conscientious of your pet's needs. Your dog doesn't get stored in a kennel waiting for care like at other locations when their appointment begins; your pet is directly cared for and promptly so. Also, your pet always comes out smelling amazing and happy.

Amazing groomers, people and facility! I called many groomers with a 'problem/project' dog in need of proper on going grooming.They have worked with me and my dog over the last 6 months to get him comfortable and get his coat manageable! He was extremely reactive, went through multiple groomers, each of which did not really want him to come back. And has a long double coat, that gets wet, full of sticks and matted (being a farm dog) They have been extremely accommodating and caring.

It’s was our first time at the Groomery and it was definitely worth the wait. My dog has never had a cuter hair cut (petsmart does her dirty everytime). I’m so happy with the service with The Groomery that I booked the entire years appointment when I picked her up. I really hope my dogs gets excited to see The Groomery instead of displaying fear (the was the reaction to Pet Smart everytime). Thank you ladies for having Tao as a client ❤️

Love the groomery and Jenna! Have brought our puppy since he was 3 months old (now 1.5 yrs old) and he actually looks forward to going to the groomer. Our bernedoodle comes home happy and always looking great.

I have been taking my two pups to The Grommery for two years now. My one girl is 15 years old and my other is 5 years old and a puppy mill dog. My puppy mill dog hates to be cut two close to the skin so they clip her so she always left with some hair. They do a great job every time and both come back looking great. Mimi and Katie look great here they are just picking them up.
