Upset this weekend with what is usually my favourite restaurant. Made reservations 3 weeks ago online for 7:15pm meal for 3 ladies (mother’s day). We were told upon arrival that we would be eating OUTSIDE on a 7-8 degree night. We were all wearing sandals for our evening and we’re not dressed nor prepared for an outdoor experience. Tried to plead our case but got a flat out no from the manager. We ended up eating a great meal at Piment Thaï instead…. INSIDE!

A delightful 'bring your own wine' restaurant off the main in St-Sauveur with selections both on and beside the menu for a discerning palate. No pretentiousness - just a relaxed and comfortable spot to lose oneself and come away fully satisfied.

Reception and atmosphere are great assets of this restaurant. Minus stars are because the Osso buco and bavette were below average in term of taste. Wouldn't come back.

I booked for a group (7 adults and 6 kids) months ago - for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Less than a week prior to the dinner I was asked to send my selections for meal choices (I was not made aware that we would need to pre-order). Given this, I assumed we would be rushed out, but it took over an hour for ANY food to be brought to our table. We were not served any bread, our water was not replenished, our wine was not opened. With several young kids in our party, this was particularly unpleasant - one guest questioned if we were eating in the gulags. When I sought a waiter, the only one I saw practically ran away. I stuck my head into the (open) kitchen to ask for assistance/bread/wine opener. I was then chastized by a terribly rude waitress who failed to understand that had we been served, we would not have gone looking for service. From that point on, we were offerred ONE basket of bread for the entire table (to which the children each got a piece). Following our appetizers, it was another hour before our mains were served (and not particularly tasty and over-cooked). One child was so fed up and tired, that they didn't even touch their meal, preferring to just cry and ask to go home. Fearing what the situation would be for dessert, we asked for the cake that we brought to be given back so we could have it at home. The abismal service was embarrassing - this dinner was for a special event (my parents' 50th wedding anniversary) and Feliciaco and the terrible service came near to ruining it.

2 tables put together were not equal thus my wife ate on 2 levels,1 table not stable. Pasta overcooked. Asked for tisane received tea. Tiny shelled? Unopened needed tool ,tool was for clams. Price Quality not there

Always encouraging this place and unfortunate answer from the owner that he decides about reservations and not customers do not encourage this placeThere are many choices and f restaurants I. The area with better ethics towards customers than this oneWhen owners take for granted customers don’t deserve to be encouraged

Terrible service from a young man. Excellent service from a Latin men (don’t know their names). Besides, they reduce a lot the menu because we were a group of 10, and beside this reduction of menu, some items on the menu were not available ?! Also, there were 2 plates on the child menu that was unavailable ?! And the bad waiter (the young man) didn’t even mentioned it to us when he handed us the menu, but once our choice was made….Very disappointing service, way too much expensive for the overall experience.

Lay out and decorum was good not exceptional.Service was good with reservation.There was a little confusion with potage that we didn't other entree a were very good.Past pesto was over cook mushy cold and hardly hardly anything else in the dish like chickens in the menu and tasteless.Redume not worth the$., wouldn't go back.
