As an architect I have worked with Spline Group for many years. I give them high marks for being knowledgeable, collaborating well, and responding in a timely manner with solutions that work....a winning combination.

We have been working with them on several projects and they have always been very responsive and eager to find solutions that accommodate the client's needs and the budget. Always deliver on time.

Due to an apparent miscommunication, the time and money I spent on having drawings made by this company was completely wasted. I did not get what I believe I had clearly spelled out. And if that's not bad enough, according to this firm if there was a problem it was all my fault, apparently not even possible that they shared in the responsibility for the miscommunication. If you care about customer orientation consider this: when I expressed in what ways the plans fell short of what I had specified in our initial meetings, the answer wasn't along the lines of 'sorry how can we make it right', the answer was, and I quote: I am deeply offended...". When I proposed that maybe they had a share in the responsibility of the failure to meet the expectations that I had communicated the response was: "Seems like you have trouble remember our conversations and discussions."I am a very successful professional (three post-graduate degrees and over 25 years in the work force) who has had nothing but commendations on my interpersonal and communication skills

I am in the process of building a new home in Prince Edward County and hired Spline to complete the mechanical design and drawings. A small project compared to their usual scope of work but they graciously agreed to take our job. The entire process was done remotely and efficiently.
