ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! Ryan helped me with my car that needed repairs. The bumper and headlights needed to be replaced and it was all done in 2.5 days!!!I got my car back absolutely cleaned both interior and exterior! vaccumed and smelling fresh as hellI highly recommend these professionals!

I loved the repair they have done on my car. Not even a ripple on it. My car looks as good as a new car and thanks to the team who fixed my doors and removed the scratches. They even replaced my right mirror which came as a surprise bonus. I was continuously disturbing the service personnel asking him to do it ASAP and fix it well and take care of my car as I did etc etc etc..but he said he will do it right and please don’t push him. He made his promise and delivered my car back in a week. I am highly impressed with their efficiency. Thank you team Silhoutte.

I took my wife’s Honda to get a bumper replaced. The service was great. They dealt with all insurance and rental stuff, I just had to drop off the car. It was super convenient. The new bumper looks great.

Took them two weeks to fix this.Happy with the job, but not with the timing.

The staff were really helpful. Didn't have to wait long and was done with the formalities in 10 minutes. They were quick, efficient and wasted no time in getting everything done.

Mazda referred me to them after damaging my rear bumper and tailgate. Angus was very friendly and helpful, and went over what they were going to do, as well as presented various options when available. Once the parts arrived, they were able to quickly fix my car within 3 days and now it looks as good as new. My car also had some dings on the doors and they touched those up as well (and gave me extra for future dings.) Great service overall!

Silhouette’s team did a stellar job on my Mazda CX3. I got rear-ended on my way to my service appointment with Mazda, and Silhouette was the service provider Mazda called. Once I had called the claim in to ICBC, Angus met me at Mazda with a loaner vehicle, some papers signed and I left in a cute Corolla to use for the next couple weeks. He was very friendly and explained everything to me calmly and clearly, which was appreciated as I was a bit shaken up from the accident still. I felt very taken care of.They finished the repairs slightly ahead of schedule and my car was returned to me spotlessly clean (not sure if Mazda did that or Silhouette). Was kept in the loop by Angus over email and Pan over text. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they really did a beautiful job. I can understand why their ratings are so high! Good job, Silhouette team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Edited to add: June 2023: just had another great experience with Angus, Dennis and the team at Silhouette. Had another minor collision and went straight to Silhouette again based on my experience I posted above over two years ago. Same amazing service, excellent communication, and top quality repairs. ✨Highly recommend!✨

This is by far the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. Their service person Ryan Gao was very rude and impatient. ICBC has requested them to submit an estimate but they refused to call ICBC to do so or clarify. Ryan hung up the phone on me saying they have 50 customers waiting and if we want an estimate we need to wait 3 weeks. Lastly, it seems like they might not be ICBC certified. They don’t have a direct line to ICBC for questions or maybe Ryan just refused to call for me.

Huge thanks to Angus and the team at Silhouette Collision, I came to get some minor imperfections done and install of my front splitter, couldn't be more happier with the final product!! Angus went above and beyond to help me get some of the imperfections corrected. Great communication, great work and friendly service. Highly recommend!
