Horrible business, waiting 2 hours for a cab. December 22/ 2022. Said we’re on there way several times! Do not recommend!!! Did not show up and never called!!! Unreal!!!!

First cab cancelled appointment without calling.Second cab call the driver came into the parking lot did a uturn and left. No call and I had to call them back to find out.Third call they transfered me to another companyOverall I made 5 calls to guilford cab company and they didn't even apologize for their rude behavior or multiple screw ups.

The cab driver didn't turn the meter on, then tried to charge me double what the actual fare should be. He was an absolute liar and cheat. I called the company to report him and they did nothing. Avoid them!!!

Taxi arrived within minutes of me calling .Driver was polite and a careful driver. Took the best route to my destination. Would call them again for a ride no problem

I was born with Cerebral Palsy and so I use a wheelchair to get around. When I need to, I take cabs so that I am able to take my wheelchair longer distances. I called the cab at 8pm on May 12, 2023 at 8pm to request for a wheelchair van. The agent on the phone told me they only had ONE wheelchair van and it was busy. They told me they would try to get me a van in half an hour but they were unable to give me a specific time for pick up. I waited outside the mall for 45 minutes until I decided to call back for an update. The agent on the phone became short tempered with me and said I already told you

never had a bad experience. cab #80 is always punctual. the operators are always quick and to the point but also pleasant. the cabs are always comfy and clean. i take cabs frequently and guildford is always in my top 3

They gave me a good quote for the trip....so much cheaper than Uber. I didn't end up using the ride but they were very gracious when I cancelled.....I think Uber charges for cancellations..... people, please think twice before using Uber

Dispatcher is extremely rude. Not all the texi call dispatcher employee are rude. It was one Indian male employee was rushING to hang up Phone.so I was politely ask for repeat the pick up address once more time . That way, I can get picked up by right place. But he was rise his voice and said, are you satified now ?" I don't know what's his problem but I think he has to learn how to deal with the customer. And proper customer service .."

I called for a wheelchair taxi to pick us up from Guildford Mall. The dispatcher had told me about 10 minutes for an ETA. After almost 15 minutes, there was no taxi so I called again. The same dispatcher told me about another 5-10 minutes. I mentioned that there was a company wheelchair van in the adjacent parking lot. I was told that she would put out a call to that driver. By this time, my disabled family member was in a lot of pain. I was about to call again when the dispatcher called me and said the driver isn’t taking calls because he has back pain. I saw the taxi drive away so I thought he was off for the day. About 10 minutes later he returned and just parked. I have never had such dishonest service in my life and will never use this company! Not only was this dispatcher/driver a liar, but they kept change the time of arrival. Horrible company
