We used Waterstone Law regarding a mortgage lien that was paid off (we had financial proof) but the lien was never removed (clerical issue). As we had an offer on the property and a closing date upcoming, Savina acted quickly realizing the urgency of our issue (removal of the lien). She explained the billing process and advised us of appropriate steps we could take to alleviate unnecessary costs to us. Timing was of the essence.
