Maybe I was unlucky.I think i would've benefited from a little more information on available options on the aluminum box that I bought and had installed from them. They did bring me what I asked for. However It would've been great if they let me know all the options that can be attached on the box.Overall, I've experienced the good old big company issue.Poor communication. Takes too long to respond and often my messages and emails get overlooked.There seems to be no one in charge taking care of things or making sure things go right.Taking up some slack might help the customers exprience what the company is meant for.They were pretty slow with the installation too.I think I should've went ahead with another service vendor

The team at Drive went above and beyond to help out one of my customers, getting his new truck ready ahead of schedule after his old truck died. Pete and his team were even able to help with a last minute change the customer needed before he could take delivery. We are both very satisfied customers.

Excellent products, i had a total knee replacement, purchased a walker,shower bench, bag:reacher,shoe horn,put socks on,cup holder,basket for walker,electric bed. Totally pleased with everything. All was reasonably priced.Thank you

Got rid of their best employees from the Newmarket location and also higher-ups in staff, all the new staff that are replacements are terrible to deal with, zero customer satisfaction, half of the company doesn’t answer their phones/emails EVER.Very upsetting and quite honestly sad that they would do this.They aren’t a small manufacturer by any means. Also- still frustrated why customers never got a survey/expression of interest before closing the Newmarket location?

Worst customer service, took almost a month to get a quote for a PTO and pump install, finally got it after multiple emails and phone calls, still didn't get a delivery date on the PTO as they didn't have one ( the competition stocks them and the quote was 2k cheaper) I went in to pickup my Hydrapak had them changed all the hoses and cleaned it up, 2 ppl saw me at the counter and just avoided me, I talked to another guy said I was there to pickup, he disappeared and never saw him again. Looked to me like everyone one there avoiding helping customers. I will never go back or recommend to use them.

Awesome customer service always willing to revamp if you need to add to your box or flatbed and they have always gone the extra mile to help me do whatever I needed doneThank you to Matt and the rest of the team I look forward to dealing with you for all of my work
