Highly recommended Curtis and his team - they are true professionals! They were punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable! As well, they are very knowledgeable around strata buildings.

I had a few valves in my condo that had seized and were no longer operable. I sent a few pictures to Mayne and was able to receive an initial estimate. The customer service I received and the quality of the repairs were top notch. Some pictures of the work: A new hose and valve retrofit for my toilet line (no before picture unfortunately) and a valve box replacement for the 4 valves at my washing machine. I would highly recommend Mayne and would use again in the future for other plumbing needs.

In the course of conducting some upgrades in two of our bathrooms, Ian, of Mayne Mechanical attended to first remove and then reinstall the faucets and associated plumbing for three sinks. Ian's service and expertise was excellent, and we were impressed with his prompt service, attention to detail, and his followup and communication throughout. Ian's willingness to answer questions, make recommendations and go the extra mile to obtain parts for some requested changes was greatly appreciated, and he assisted with an added plumbing-related matter not originally anticipated. Mayne Mechanical will remain our first choice in every service capacity they offer, and based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent work, smart technicians, but terrible customer service skills. I arranged for a new part for my shower, but the replacement was interrupted by my THR surgery. When I attempted to reschedule, I got this email response I got from the company, are you free tuesday the 19th?" I replied yes. I didn't hear back by 12 noon on the 18th

Great customer service and fair prices.Spoke with someone over the phone, and first thing she did is reassure me that they could fix the problem.Some one was on sight withing 4 hours and gave me a reasonable quote. Rather then rebooking to complete the work, they had someone come and assist and had everything working by dinner. 10/10 would recommend.

So thankful for Mayne Mechanical!!! My shower handle broke off and the shower wouldn’t stop running. I didn’t get the guys name who helped me since I was in such a panic, but he FaceTimed me and tried to walk me through and told me there should be a valve. I couldn’t find the valve at the time but he said to call back if I found it. I called a different plumber to see if they could come to manually turn it off and was told it was going to be $600 for them to come since it was after hours. I ended up finding the valve, called the guy back and he thoroughly walked me through the steps!! He was super kind and understandable even when I was in such a panic. Highly recommend

Curtis was very professional and very skilled . He was very transparent too when it comes to material purchases . His labour cost is was worth the kind of quality installation he did . He was very nice adding some minor re-caulking for free , on top of the main scope of work he did at our home . I will go back to him for our future plumbing needs .Alvin and Ana

Ian is a very friendly and skillful professional. He helped me to clear a sewage clog outside my basement entrance, to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and also a garburator problem. He always finished the work efficiently and solved the problem promptly. In addition, he was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the issue and his approach clearly. I really appreciate that.
