Rick was professional and very tidy. We had a sewer backup 110 feet from the house , when his first bit of equipment couldn’t reach he had the equipment that did the job on his van. Highly recommend

Rick with Drain Rooter came to our place pretty late in the evening due to our emergency. He and his helper cleaned our drain in a timely matter and ran a camera down the drain to show us there was no more blockages. I will definitely use them again (and request Rick) should the unlikely blockage occur again. Thanks so much Drain Rooter! And thanks so much Rick!!

Rick came by today to unclog the drain in my kitchen sink. A couple of other plumbers had tried to unclog it but were unsuccessful because of how far down it was and how much buildup there was. They told me i needed to call a drain cleaning company. So, I did. I was very impressed with Rick's knowledge and professionalism. He knew exactly what the issue was and what it would take to solve it. I stood by him while he worked, and he explained every step along the way. I highly recommend Rick for any plumbing or drain clearing needs. He definitely knows what he's doing.

Rick is friendly, professional, and honest. I had some roots growing through my sewer line and need the drain cleaned out I was quoted $350 +gst for drain cleaning and that's what I paid. He kept a clean work area and answered all of my drain and plumbing related questions. Overall a pleasant experience.

My bathroom on the main floor was flooded due to a shower drain backflow. I was lucky that I called Drain Rooter. Sarah was very helpful and managed to book me for the next day.
