Baskin-Robbins

They were out of a pre packed ice cream, which they normally have plenty of but it's $3 more for freshly packed. So I asked if they'd pack a tub for me for the prepacked price but they said no, I'd have to pay extra because they were out of prepacked. Note: I was the only one in the store .....A) what's the difference, you guys use a scale to weigh it and it's frozen ice cream, not likes going bad that I need a fresh tub not am I getting anything extra except having to wait and B) why am I paying you extra because your (family) staff are behind schedule and haven't had a chance yet to refill what's run out? Also they were out of receipt paper and made no effort to replenish the roll, just made a face and said oh

Today on July 3 at 1:00PM, I got a best service I have ever had from Baskin Robbins. I ordered two sundaes and they were very very delicious. The employee who made my sundae was very supportive and very polite. I wish to have such service each and every time when I visit here.

A little on the pricey side, but ice cream is always of good quality.

I've never had a problem with this place until now. I ordered a big tub of ice cream 2 days ago. Had it almost finished tonight when I had a big piece of plastic in my mouth. Not good guys, not good at all.

Unfortunately my favorite ice cream shop closed in Cambridge. Shame for the brand not to have any shop now in Cambridge. Crumbs cream open instead.

My experience today was interesting. Went into the store just after 5:00 to get ice cream with my kids. I wasn't even in there for 10 seconds we were looking at the selections and the lady right away was like what do you want what can I get you and then I told her just to give me a minute at the same time there was this man and he had the freezer door open and he was just looking at something and she ran from behind the counter and was telling him close the door close the door I will open it for you. Finally I got three ice creams two for my kids one for me. The one scoop for my two and a half year old in the sugar cone I said just half a scoop but it was massive. Anyways he was sitting down eating it for like 10 seconds in the entire scoop fell to the floor so I told her what happened and she clearly saw...asked her can I just get a small scoop in a cup and then I will put it in the cone and she charged me for it full price ..... I was a little bit irritated by that and I don't think that should have happened.

The attendant was super nice and helpful. I wanted birthday wishes written on the cake. The attendant said she has only 1 color(blue) to write on chocolate colour. It didn’t look nice at all but that’s all what she’s provided by cheap owner. Big franchise but cheap service.They should have 3-4 different colours to write or decorate the cakes as it shows in the website.

Perfect icecream! Great flavors! The gal who served us had such patients with the four of us that ordered all different types of treats! Highly recommend!

They were all out" of many flavors that my kids wanted (even though they had them underneath the empty buckets but didn't want to open them). As a result of them being out of every flavor my kids wanted

Got a cake for my mom's birthday. The writing was sloppy and almost unreadable. 'Happy' was spelled without the 'a'. It looked like it started to melt and then they threw it back in a freezer. Unacceptable. Called their help line I was told I would be contacted in 2 business days Im waiting on that. We spent $35 on a cake that looked like a 5 year old made it.
