I had insurance for 14 yrs with this company. I had one accident and 2 Speeding tickets. With accident forgiveness. They dropped me which is brutal.Make sure you read the fine print as they don’t explain that part well. Beware and shop as this place has no loyalty to there long time customers.Good luck and never again will I be a customer.

Worst service ever. Grace Zhao only wants her commission, and doesn’t take care of her client. Guess what happened last year when I was doing renewing with her! I gave her my credit card information but she use someone else credit card pay for my insurance, and ask me transfer the money to that person!!!

Do not take Allstate for insurance your car. My car got something stolen and after I made a claim, I haven’t heard from the company or Advicer. I’ve called the call center around 7 times already and they can’t give me any solution and only say “someone will contact you soon” it’s been almost a month and nothing. What a disappointment and I’ll definitely not renew my policy with them. Very unprofessional.

I pay a little extra but we'll worth it as allstate has always been their when I needed them the most. Always top notch service rental car was beautiful and the repairs to my vehicle where done at a quality shop no expense spared well worth the pennies extra for the good quality service I've received
