Looked pretty reputable and so I called them for a rear diff and they had one with 82,000 Km’s, said be here friday or monday at the latest. Monday comes and I call, turns out it’s sitting in Saskatoon for some reason. Finally get it few days later, and then I see tag actually says 141,000 Km’s, apparently must of been American vehicle in miles, like what is going on here? In the end they couldn’t reduce the price off the diff even though it was almost half the km’s initially quoted, refunded us $200 which was basically the shipping, that was late. Just misled overall wasn’t the greatest experience.

My visiting father-in-law from Sask had a 2008 Mercedes E-350 that required a new AC suction hose to finally fix a very poorly operating AC system that the dealership he went to gave up on. I had just a handful of days to help get this repaired for him in the midst of 30C weather that would have been hard for a senior to drive in. A Calgary dealership told me that a new hose was a 3 wk delivery out of Germany which of course didn't help so finding a good hose off of a wreck was my only real option. That's where Barry came in. He was super helpful from the start. Not only did he locate the hose we needed but coordinated shipping it to the automotive shop in time for the scheduled appointment. That to me shows real customer commitment and excellent professional knowledge. The bottom line was a successful AC system repair giving a much more comfortable and safer trip back to Sask for my father-in-law. A big thank you from me to Barry and Alberta Auto Wreckers!

I have the pleasure of working with the team at Auto Wreckers almost monthly. Having a shop in Banff is already limiting for parts options, let alone to sourcing aftermarket. Bob and the guys make it vastly less painful. Would highly recommend to any other shops looking for used parts, these guys are tops!
