This place has saved me a few times . I'm always amazed how they always have what I need no matter how odd or uncommon and if they dont have it on the spot they can usually have it by the end of the day or following day . Having an account basically eliminates what youd pay in tax . They're no more expensive than any other parts store and I can usually find parts cheaper online but if it's something you need right away and cant wait for shipping it's obviously worth paying a little more . They usually have multiple options for parts as well in terms of OEM or aftermarket . Great place

nice place, with An extended array of products. Went to numerous stores last year to search for a particular color of vinyl paint for my vw. Finally found it here and the color match was so exact that you could not see the repair i did on my dashboard.

Great people, we run a local metal fabrication shop called Outlaw Industries and order allot of miscellaneous parts and consumables through Lordco. Their delivery service is what really sets them apart for us, if we need something fast and Lordco has it in stock we quite often received our order within half an hour. This probably varies based on your location but it still shows us they're on the ball and we appreciate it!Thanks Lordco.

Brutal waits upwards of 20 minutes in the evening. Don't bother coming to the store, you get better service phoning in. Watched one guy spend 10 minutes on the phone while the line up grew by 8 people. No organization as to who's next. No sense of urgency to get more people on the counter to help. Watched two people just leave. I eventually left.If this is the new face of customer service, I'll be ordering.through Amazon from now on.

Some things really turn me off about a business, especially when everytime I call, i get put on hold and forgotten. I have to say that I will call somewhere else and pay more money for the same part I needed. Other places don't have service as bad as lordco. You are loosing customers with your poor service
