They are changing the decor constantly but luckily the service and quality of work is rock steady. The girls are always pleasant and so helpful. If you have the option, ask if Ashley is available for your sugaring service. One thing that I wish they would change, is finding a better booking app other than Booksy.

I’ve been going here for years for sugaring services. I usually see Kayla and she is excellent! I’ve had appointments with other staff members occasionally because of scheduling conflicts and they have always been wonderful too.

This was my first time and I was definitely nervous! Wasn't sure what to expect with a stranger all up in my hoo-ha or the pain level and Kayla at Regent in Winnipeg was absolutely phenomenal!! Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, great energy, soothing. I felt like I was completely comfortable and at ease! I will definitely never forget my first time! Lots of laughs along the way because of my ridiculousness and going back again in June I highly recommend going to this studio and definitely recommend Kayla to anyone!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, great atmosphere, prices, and aura!I thought the Brazilian would be the most painful, but the lower legs definitely took the cake! Underarms were easy top of the legs not so bad Brazilian not too bad. Those ankles though, those May sting! Great experience overall definitely looking forward to doing it again!!

I went in for a brazilian and 1/4 legs with Tetyana and she was so sweet. I believe she may be a new sugarist (just because I haven’t seen her before) and she was so thorough! She made sure to ask if I was doing okay throughout the process and made sure to really make sure all the little hairs were gone. I sometimes get nervous going to new sugarists, but this experience was a positive one! The ladies/services at J’adore are always great and leave me feeling pampered and taken care of. Thank you again!

First time ever getting sugaring done. Faith was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and her easygoing demeanor immediately put me at ease. I love how my legs look and feel. I will definitely be back!One piece of advice maybe though. Is it possible to put like a mini ramp by the door to avoid accidentally stubbing ones foot? I didn't notice the sign, which is my own fault, but that step is a bit wicked.

Ashley is a great person. I love getting done service with her. I have been looking for this kind of service for a long time. Clean environment, good sanitation. No double dipping and stuff wearing gloves when providing a service. Great atmosfere where you are not feeling judged by a professional

This was a great experience, very professional, not a lot of pain. The woman that did my service was very understanding . very comfortable about the whole thing! Very clean and professional!I went there 3rd time . Best service and very polite staff .

I’ve seen both Jenny and Kayla for a Brazilian. They’re both great at what they do, I would recommend either one. If you need to be in and out, Kayla is very quick and efficient. Jenny takes a bit longer but she’s super friendly and great to chat with which helps the time fly by. Price wise, they’re comparable to any other sugaring establishment. I love that I can book online, it’s so quick and easy.
