I went here last night for my friend’s birthday. It was not so busy at that time. I ordered 1 hot pot (H1) medium size. I expected to try H3 but it wasn’t available. I think you shouldn’t order this because of nothing special. Just pork bone and some vegetables and potatoes. The broth is nothing impressed. Beef short rib was good. Topokki was like usual.Staff didn’t take care you at all unless you as for help.If you need a place for standard Korean food it would be a good choice.

Great service and authentic delicious Korean food. I would say their bulgogi fried chicken and japchae are the best! Would skip the seafood pancake.

Food is good overall. Seafood pancake is one of the better ones (sufficiently thick, which I like) I have tried, although I felt there weren't enough octopus pieces (hello inflation). For me, House of Tofu still makes the best seafood pancake I've ever had.Kimchi tofu soup was decent and the portion was fair. The service was a bit subpar as I usually don't like it when I have to ask for tea refill especially when it isn't even that busy.Overall, it's a decent and I would say above average Korean restaurant in Vancouver.

I went to this restaurant sometime in 2019 and had the hot pot. It was great! Really enjoyed it but for some reason completely forgot about the restaurant until 4 years later when I came back. With the previous food experience so good, I almost ordered everything off the menu! I sampled a variety of dishes with my partner: the deep fried dumplings, the seafood pancake, beef bulgogi, and bibimbap. All were delicious as I expected. The side dishes and the sauces were great accompaniment to the dishes.Having said that, I thought the bulgogi had too much beef in it, which I’m not sure it is a bad thing but I was hoping to have more of those delicious glass noodles!Would definitely come back, this time sooner.

5-Star Korean restaurant through-and-through. I've been to South Korea 4x, and this is AUTHENTIC. The close dining quarters, the aesthetic, the dim lighting is very reminiscent of eating in a hole-in-the-wall in Seoul. The food was DELICIOUS. Service was prompt and attentive. In my opinion this place was waaaaay better than KOOK which was almost triple the pricing and requiring reservations.

I love their cheese tokbokki ($28) a lot. But it would be better if they can make rice cake softer. Because rice cake became chewy in just 5-10mins after serving. This menu is pretty pricey comparing to other korean restaurants but it’s big enough for 2-3 ppl. So very recommend to share with friends. Their spicy&sour soup, Kimchi jeegae ($17) is flavorful. it came with a side of rice. I ordered just these two items and 1 more side of rice. It’s enough for 2ppl.

We had the Hot pot which was great.. we also tried the seafood pancake and steak, which were a bit on the fatty side.. but still had decent flavor.Tried some Korean sake too, which was somewhat sweet and packed a kick.Definitely worth a visit, staff we also friendly

This place used to be pretty good but it looks like they changed cooks and hired a Chinese stir-fry cook. Korean food should pop and it didn't happen. Felt like the cook threw a bunch of ingredients into a wok, shoveled it around and dumped it onto a plate. The japchae was overly peppery, salty and oily and the Korean pancakes not as crispy like other Korean restaurants I tried. Will not be returning as there are better options around. The positive reviews were somewhat misleading. I will probably give my leftovers to the homeless.

Came here for dinner with my brother and friend. I was pleasantly surprised to how good their food was.I ordered a seafood tofu stew and it was the best one I had yet! It tasted fresh, hot and comforting. It stayed hot for the entire time I was eating. I loved the side dishes especially the kimchi and potatoes. The lady serving us was also very nice. It's an everyday casual Korean eatery and I'd definitely come here again with friends or alone.

It is a cozy Korean restaurant with great food and friendly service. I ordered the medium-spicy Gam Ja Tang, and it was flavorful. The Bulgogi was tasty as well. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
