I give these folks a zero too. Always late, not keeping promises. 7 weeks into the crisis and no list of damages. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This business created a bigger disaster than the one my insurance company hired them to fix, and the disaster they created is not over yet. Their incompetence, poor communication and inability to organize anything has made my life a living HELL. If your insurer ever says ServiceMaster Oakville will be managing your claim, tell them NO WAY.

This team was amazing to work with. We had a house fire and would have been lost without Walter. He came in right away, took the bull by the horn and was like working with an old frend. They always delivered on time, they were extremely supportive in our entire process which was very overwhelming to us. The ENTIRE service master team was awesome, thanks guys we really do appreciate all the hard work. Our house is better now than it was before the fire!!

Terrible, terrible service. 0 communication regarding trades coming in to do “work” 0 planning or organization. Sloppy work, terrible quality. I would never EVER recommend this company. Run! Run far away and never let them into your house orYou’ll be upside down for 6 months.
