It all started going wrong when their equipment delivery was late after we specifically told them that there were time constraints involved. They agreed to this. We also discovered hidden" fees AFTER we signed the contracts eg fueling charge. When we tried to return their equipment their tow truck driver "didn't feel safe" picking up the equipment on a road with fresh gravel on it despite assurances from both the township and the MTO that the road was safe.Brice from Equipment World went on to threaten us with another day's charge because their tow truck driver REFUSED to pick up their equipment.Additionally

Rented a stump grinder and it destroyed my problematic stump. Would have been nice to see a recommendation for the size of truck or trailer required to move it.
