Absolutlety outstanding service and I highly reccomend Chit Chats for all of your small business shipping needs. The staff at the Oshawa location are wonderful and Nicole has gone out of her way (more than once) to help me. The shipping service is fast and rates are extremely reasonable. I also love that they offer international shipping at rates far below what other shipping companies charge. When I had a question, I called the Chit Chats help line and had immediate help. For the one claim I had to submit due to USPS loosing my package, the claim was filed seamlessly and paid out fast and I even got a helpful human on the phone when I called the claim company. Overall I am thankful that an unfortunate situation with another shipping company lead me to Chit Chats. Thanks guys! Oh and I just shipped from Oshawa to Los Angeles. The shipment arrived in Oshawa Friday afternoon and was delivered on Tuesday in LA. Amazing!

I had never used ChitChats before but decided to give it a try after a recommendation from a record store owner (I needed to ship vinyl internationally). I was helped by Nicole at the Oshawa location and she was absolutely phenomenal. She explained how ChitChats worked and went out of her way to help me wrap my precious records in a way that would keep them safe but also minimize the cost of shipping. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were significantly cheaper than any other quote I received elsewhere and the level of service Nicole offered was above and beyond. If I could’ve given 10 stars I would have. THANKS NICOLE!!!!

I had a great experience at the Oshawa outlet, thanks to Nicole who was such a huge help, I can't thank her enough! She was highly professional and helped me as a fist time user of the service. I had a heavy box to ship back to Ireland and she helped me step by step.I got quotes from numerous different shipping companies in the area and Chit Chats was the best solution for me hands down.

I have been dealing with chitchats for pass 3 yrs and I have to say, they have the best rate for US and Canada. Yes better than Canada post - faster delivery in US compare to within Canada or UK.Employees in Oshawa location are lovely to deal with especially the lady. She is really sweet and answers all the questions patiently.Return: once package was not picked up by customer on time from the mail box so it came back to the location properly/without damage after the required hold date.

This was my first time using Chit Chat. On site, Nicole was awesome! She explained that the storefront does not process any shipping or payments. Chit Chat has an online service that was very easy to sign up for. Weighing, measuring, and address labels are all done online. Additionally, all payments are completed online through the website (there is no app). Note: to ship inside Canada, you must be a business as they will not ship personal items. Though US and International can be shipped with a personal account. The shipping rate for inside Canada was a huge savings. Thank you Nicole for your excellent customer service and welcome.

Staff is great at at any branch I have been to.4 Stars because they need to extend their hours past 5. At least till 6:30 ideally 7. If you work it's hard. Or open really early one of the two.Also I was told to leave a suggestion here by staff. It would be very interesting if chit chats had a wall at branches where customers could post services they could offer that others might be interested. For example, I own an expensive printer that could print on essentially anything called a UV printer. No one else in my area seems to have it even if you go into Toronto it's difficult to find. I'm sure a lot of other Chit chat users are makers and could benefit from a service like that to increase their production capabilities and add value to their products. And I'm sure there are a bunch of other Chit chat users who have specialty things for their business. They can post a services to do for other Chit chat users as I other I come stream. It would be a good way to build community within Chit chat users. A potential sales increase for us would mean more shipments for chit chats.
