I am very pleased with my service from this shop. I was able to get an appointment easily and I was shocked with how quickly my car was done. As a woman, I really appreciated being spoken to with a normal level of respect and not in a patronizing tone that I have experienced at other shops. Honest, hard working owner. Very fair prices. Nice to support a Kamloops business when possible. Also as a woman, I wasn't treated like an idiot, unlike other places, and things were explained in plain English. Work was done quickly, as I need my car for work, despite having just moved into his current location.

Someone broke into my Mazda the other night. I called 20 places in town until I called Corey at CJM. He found me the glass in an hour. Besides, he quoted the best reasonable price as well. Told him that my car unsafe at my lot without the glass and he agreed on keeping my car on his lot.Amazing experience and super customer service. Highly recommended. CJM has my business for life. So far good place, took my vehicle there to get fixed Corey is a nice guy and helped us out. Price is very reasonable, wont find a cheaper place in town who does a good job like this place. Highly recommend.
