Service was canceled years ago, continue to send statements for statement fees!!! Can’t get hold of anyone to get them to stop. Like they don’t cancel a customer but expect you to pay a statement fee even though you canceled the service, and tell them to stop sending paper statement.

Not owed as much as other poster, but have called monthly since July about my refund. Been promised a check every month, but 4 months later and still don't have it. DO NOT PREPAY with this company

EasyVoice telecom stole my $3000 & refuses to answer the phone or emails! Matthew Desousa is the one you get when you leave a voicemail. He said he would send me a check and I never received it !
