Have been using this company for over 10 years for 3 different homes. Always provided me with a honest price and do good work. I will continue using them.

We hired these guys to clean our carpets and the gentleman that came over was extremely nice but unfortunately our carpets were not cleaned properly so I reached out and the man came back a couple days later and re did it. Once again the carpets looked so bad. It was not cleaned nicely. We had dark grey shadow lines all over the house in patches which were made after the second round of cleaning and the stains were still there. Once again I reached out to the company and was told that if they came twice and nothing was clean then it was our carpets and that there was nothing they could do about it.I ended up calling another company that day and hired them for this morning and in one clean by the other company our carpets look brand new, no stains or marks, looks the way it look when the house was first purchased. It’s unfortunate that we had to get 2 different companies to clean our carpets. I wish I hadn’t hired these guys in the first place. Such a waste of money. They didn’t even offer a discount or to give some of our money back for the bad job they did, and the guy was so quick to get off the phone with me when I called the office! I should have known.When talking and explaining the situation to the 2nd company we were told that they have serviced multiple houses fixing these guys butchered carpet jobs over the years.So disappointing. I wish I read reviews before hiring them. Won’t make that mistake again.But again the gentleman that came to the house both times was an absolute delight! So nice and professional. I wish the company used better products or a better technique to train the technicians to clean the carpets so people don’t loose a of money.

Options plus completed some carpet cleaning for me in December 2019. The cleaning was acceptable but in the process they damaged my wooden railings. I tried to contact them numerous times to have them cover the cost of repairs ( $250). They are ignoring me and, after such lengthy delays, I feel I’m just going to have to bear the consequences.Do not use this shamefully unprofessional company.

I bought a Groupon for their service. Wow. We had our carpet cleaned before from another company and there were stains that the guy wasn't able to get out, so we thought they were permanent. Enter Mike from OptionsPlus Property Services, he was on time, quick and thorough. Our carpet looks new! He even got out the stains that the previous cleaner couldn't/didn't. I'm always going with them now, even full price, totally worth it.

I do not recommend this service. I purchased a Groupon voucher ($49 for 3 rooms) for Sears carpet cleaning several months ago. The booking started off well. However they were rather vague with the time that they would arrive. Told me any time between 1.30 & 4. Luckily I was able to leave work very early that day so I was home by 1.30 pm. They didn't turn up until 4.45 pm with no notification that they would be that late (they were meant to call me before they arrived but I didn't receive any calls). The man doing the carpets was pleasant enough but was not very keen to help move any furniture. (Luckily I had been home all afternoon so had moved most of it already!). And I had to help him bring the cleaner into the house too. He did a very quick job on the cleaning & didn't put any effort whatsoever into getting some of the stains out. Could hardly tell that the carpets had been cleaned. And to top it off, the voucher did not cover the $15 fuel surcharge which I was not told about prior to the cleaning. If you want your carpets to really be clean, go somewhere else!

Options Plus showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I have 2 complaints. The owner or manager, Chris was not clear about the pricing. He had mentioned the price plus taxes and fees. On the call I never picked up him saying fees" and when the job was completed it was discovered there was a 15.00 fuel surcharge on top of the regular rate. He should have clearly mentioned this. I should have read the written comments before using this service. I had one room to clean. Some guy came with no care in the world and gave me a whole jargon about carpet cleaning. It took him less than fifteen minutes to do the job. The carpet looked dirtier than it was before. Furthermore, he did not clean under the sofas and left a whole mess there, adding some new stains and crisscrossed streaks in the bargain . It simply was a hateful job. The following day, I called to complain. They sent me a new guy who was very caring and did a better job. Matt was very thorough with everything. He got rid of the stains and was a good listener. If you want to use this service, then Matt would be the guy to ask for. I have decided to get rid of the carpet and use hardwood floors. In the long run, it pays beautifully.

I hated the service, but can't complain about the cleaning. Don't use them! We were given a quote of $400 for upholstery and an area rug. The family member who let the technician in while we were on holidays was given a $710 bill! Technician called me long distance on my cell phone, hung up and told her that I had agreed to all the extra charges. Have been trying to resolve the over charges for a month now. They just don't call back. Expected way more from Sears, but see I am not alone in my experience. Wish I had read some of these reviews first.

Option Plus came and did a job for our neighbours the other day. The company van was leaking fluid and left an ugly mess all over our street. When they spoke to the driver he said it was from the Air Conditioning and it would go away. Stains are still here. It’s quite the mess they left. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

Used them for carpet cleaning and they did a great job. They followed up 1 week before, one day before and even gave me a one hours heads up before arriving. They arrived on time, the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Thumbs up!
