On Thursday 4/13/23 I tried to call them many times during business hours of 12-2 and it went straight to a voicemail saying they were closed. I had an appt at 3 but my dog was not doing well so I was eager to have him seen. We waited in the waiting room for a while just to be told they were short staffed and had a surgery going on so there was absolutely nothing they could do, even give him fluids or take labs. $60 to be told that. By the time we were able to have him seen somewhere else it was the evening and we decided to have him euthanized after seeing the state he was in all day. It was an awful day and this was not helpful

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. They were SO understanding and kind when my oldest dog passed away a couple weeks ago. Less expensive than my vet" and we're very helpful and understanding."

The last month I tried making an appointment for my dog because she has a abscess on her right paw I had to wait two weeks to get in meanwhile it popped I thought she was good today same paw in the same place she got the abscess and I tried again to get in they didn’t have an appointment until may 26 so I review other vets and found one that has 4.7 star that is even closer to my house and was about to get in on Monday May 8 got the problem my little girl been having with her right paw for last month

Very helpful and informative, even better their price for my dogs procedure came in way lower than any of the other quotes got. Bella was happy with the treatment she received. All in all, a great experience.

I love this office, all of our pets were seen here. We didn't think we would ever adopt another animal. It is so hard to say good bye. Well we are getting a dog rehomed to us so I called about spsying our new girl. I will be calling today to schedule her spaying. I know it will be emotional walking in there but they always make you feel welcome and they care. Thank you for being amazing.

I can't say enough how greatful we are for dr Downey. My dog is 14 and has been in the worst pain from his teeth. He was hardly eating and only soft food. Since his teeth have been removed he's like a puppy again. We are so happy to see him happy again
