JE Dry Cleaning

I was looking for a good place to repair my pants and encountered this shop but it was so amazing!! The owner is pretty professional and passionate about her work.I’m grateful for her work and so satisfied with it. I highly recommend this shop if you have clothing for repair!

I attended to have two cotton (Hollister brand) t-shirts and a scarf dry cleaned, in an attempt to have minor stains removed from them. I was quoted 30 dollars per t-shirt, and 40 dollars for my scarf. I accepted, paid, and was advised to pick up the articles 5 days later.I had visited rather close to closing, around 1740, and had second thoughts that evening about the total cost. I called on opening at 1030 the next morning to request a return and refund of the articles, but was advised they had already been sent for cleaning and this was not possible. (I do not fault the owner for this; once something is out the door, it isn't reasonable to expect it back)When I returned to collect, both shirts were presented to me with the stains unmoved. I also noticed that, as suspected, I had been deliberately over-charged; the owner had indicated my t-shirts were sweaters"

You get what you pay for. I had three pants altered here and they fit amazing! I visited the shop with almost no idea of what I wanted. However the owner kindly explained to me what needs to get done. She knows what looks good and just let her do her magic! I will come here again for my suit pants.

It was great! I had to shorten my pants and the store owner has done it so quickly. The pants look great as I wanted. Also, the owner is so kind and caring. The communication I had with the owner was a priceless experience.

I got a dress fixed here which was 3 size bigger than my size, I really wanted to buy the dress and all the sizes were sold out.After bought it realized the shape is not so easy to fix, but she did a great work! The dress looks just right on me now. (Thank you!) Highly recommend!!

I needed a rush job due to my sister's wedding in 3 days. JE dry cleaning came through and also fixed my broken button.

My mom dropped off her jacket at this place because of her good memory at the place 10 years ago. Well, I'm not sure if the owner changed but the customer service is lacking (they only greet with their words, but their body-action says why are you bothering us" vibe) and price is expensive ($35 for dry cleaning a piece!)I guess this will be our last visit to this place."
