Hy-Pro Plumbing & Drain Cleaning of Cambridge

Had two toilets which were on and clogging up. Gordon Hall from Hy-Pro plumbing came and was professional, courteous and efficient. Our two toilets are working great now!

This is the third time we have used Hy-pro for repairs or installation and again, we're very happy with the results. We had our ejector pump replaced by Masharo Campbell and we were very pleased with his efficiency and knowledge. An overall really nice guy! Thanks again Masharo. We will continue to be Hy-pro customers if needed in the future. Also, a shout out to Jack, who did our first two jobs. Great technicians!

We were completely satisfied with the service given to us by Joseph Knight, the Hy-Pro Technician. Joseph was prompt, courteous & professional. When he finished installing our new sump pump (with backup battery) he double checked everything. Joseph also explained how the new pump worked & patiently answered our questions.

We called and booked with this company to fix a clogged drain. When they didn't show up we called again and they gave a new 3 hour window. Didn't come again but offered to come the next morning. No thanks. If you can't honour your appts within a six hour window we will use a company that will.

This company is amazing!! They came out in a snow storm to help with our hot water tank issues!! Very knowledgeable, great service. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in my shower and needed the repair done quickly. Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He was great at explaining everything and understood the urgency. He was able to complete the job in a timely fashion and left the workspace very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to set up appointment, customer service called to say the technician would arrive early. Greeted by Gordon, friendly and professional. Show him shower to be fixed, he took a brief look and starting looking up parts on his phone, he then asked to be excused to call his manager, after a brief few minutes he told me that I would need to source the hot water valve that was faulty ? When I asked him to find it and whatever the cost I would pay, he said that I would need to get the part and they were not even comfortable changing it, thinking they would damage the tile in the shower???They left.I was able to find another local dealer with the part and had him install the same day all within one hourSo disappointed with the service with hy pro

Eric McQueen and his crew were here for 3 days fixing the sewer problem in my money pit of an old house. He is the hardest working person I have ever met and worked long hours to dig up the old clay tiles under the foundation and created a while new structure. He communicated the plan every step of the way and coordinated the work crew. Thanks also to Taylor for letting me know daily when the crew would arrive, and to Ian Manser for diagnosing the problem and helping with the paperwork.
