We bought a 36” TV that was advertised for 48”. The model number shown on the ad was not even the model number on the TV. We were told that once you buy it you own it. Probably won’t be buying from them again. Not sure how you could mess that up.

EDIT: I originally set this at two stars to give them the benefit of the doubt but this weird, defensive reply (similar to what they've posted to other reviewers) should tell you enough about how they operate. I've adjusted my rating accordingly. Businesses shouldn't run off 'assumptions.' And shipping me the item they failed to bring isn't above and beyond

Great experience! I pick up auction items every week from various auction houses. Today's experience with Silent Bidders was very efficient and organized. Every one was friendly and items were as listed!

Be careful of the jewelry with fake appraisals. The jewelry they sell is worth next to nothing. Also they sell counterfeit replicas and false described items even after sending communications about them. They claim they have no responsibility of the items listed on their selling platform. Buyer beware.

Well organized auctions. Competitive prices. I had an issue with purchase and owner was very responsive and provided immediate solution! Satisfied customer and would recommend others to seek good service and deals here!

Very unprofessional. My father passed away, which left my mom in the position of selling her house and some of her possessions. Monique came to our houses and “appeared” very nice and “seemed” to want to be helpful. She took pictures of the things my mother wanted to sell and ”seemed” very interested. She told us she would get back to about the items and we never heard back. When I contacted her myself, she was very flip and clearly too busy. She told us she was unable fit our things in to sell. Would have been nice to receive a phone call Monique!If you are looking for a reliable seller to help you I suggest you look elsewhere for the help you need.

I had a bad buy experience with Silent Bidders with Monique Van Beilen. I bought an electric advertising clock, when I previewed it and also when i picked it up, there was no light bulb in it to see it illuminated. When I got it home and got the correct light bulb, someone had painted the inside glass using a brush, making it very unsightly. Monique suggested I try reselling this clock on Maxsold,,,,,,,very inappropriate. She also said she would look into this issue for me and get back to me,,,,,,,,she never did and she does not respond to my repeated messages. She chooses profit over conscience and being legitimate with buyers. I will never buy from Silent Bidders again and warn others likewise.

Had a pickup in Oshawa today . 1 hour and 45 minutes in line to get 5 small lots . Most ill prepared and unorganized auction pickup I have ever seen in years of auctions. They talked to us at the 1 hour mark in line and pulled our sheet to get our items . They pulled the sheets of at least 10 other people behind us and got their items first. Every time after when I asked why not done, they said they were doing it now. After 1 hour, 40 minutes, I finally called them out for doing people behind us first, and my stuff not being done. Miraculously was done in 5 minutes. They had assigned no pickup slots, so people came expecting to pickup up furniture that was loaded down with other items. One man was there and still waiting after 2 hours for the furniture to be cleared. Another couple after 1 1/2 hours were told to come back later. This isn't the first time this seller has had terrible pickup incidents and I don't recommend them to anyone. Most pickups from other auctions services and sellers might be 30 minutes on their worst days

Extremely shady online auctioneer. Don’t trust the item description. Bought snap on ratchets in unusable condition, and when you make any fuss about it, they’ll lower your buyer rep on hibid.Read some of the other Google reviews if you’re on the fence about buying from them.

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Silent Bidders and Monique on multiple occasions. Would whole heartedly recommend them.
