I have always had an excellent experience at the store. It's very well curated, so it's easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The staff is supremely friendly and helpful, and do an excellent job of promoting deals and sales without being pushy or obnoxious. I have shopped here relatively consistently for quite some time, and the employees who are there most often when I go remember the categories I shop in most frequently.There have been occasional delays or confusion in line with negative experiences I have seen others relate, but in my experience all of them have been clearly attributable to uncontrollable factors, non-specific to this particular location, and occurring infrequently.

Generally a great experience. A gamer speaking with gamers. They were not supposed to do exchanges on boxing day but the associate that assisted me decided he would complete my exchange anyway. I was and am extremely grateful. Kind staff and convenient location. Five stars for sure.

These guys are great.. Friendly staff and they are always very knowledgeable.. Glad we still have a brick and mortar game store!

This store is awesome! They have a great selection of merchandise, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They may make suggestions, but they do NOT put any pressure on you to buy anything you don't want.I appreciate that, because sometimes they might know about things I don't, so a well-informed suggestion is always welcome.Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop and check out regularly!

As of June 2023, the staff here is really welcoming and helpful. Easy to pick up new games and preorder new ones.

The older person with glasses that works there is absolutely terrible at his job... He forces me to get a new platinum card because mine says EBGames" on it and he said we would like to change your card so it says "GameStop"... He proceeds to "switch my cards around. I found out he didn't even do it properly. Lucky I still have my old card. Another thing is he will try and try to get you to donate to make a wish. He asked me around 5 times to donate during the transaction... A no is a no. I will not be coming back to this useless location."

My experience dealing with this store could not be any better. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed the second you open the door.Devon is very professional and friendly and takes the extra step to help and make the customers feel appreciated. Devon was able to check if the Xbox Series X console was in stock, clarify the box had zero damage on it and was able to put it aside. He was also able to help me out with a return.Davon was also great and I couldn't of asked for better service. He was professional, friendly and able to set me up with the right stuff so I could be on my way.It was well worth the drive going here from St Thomas.Thank you so much guys!
