Fairmont Animal Hospital

We've been going to Fairmont Animal Hospital for a few years now. They're a very busy clinic but Dr. Vickie Freitas has always taken her time to ensure my dogs receive the care they need. The front desk team is always quick to get us checked in and out and they're very helpful getting our meds, food and anything else. Great team and we really appreciate all they do for us!

Have used this animal hospital for more than 20 years. Have always been very happy with the service. Was a little concerned about the shortage of vets. After meeting Dr. Vicki we are confident that our needs will be met. She was very caring and helpful when treating our dog.

Dr. Parker saw our first puppy, Rocky, for his last set of shots. She is very friendly and sweet and thoroughly checked him. We’ve seen a different vet from Toronto before moving to London and it is very much different! The vets and the staff are much friendlier, most especially Cassandra in the front. ☺️ And we are very happy that they provided a nail trim and cleaned our baby’s ear on his visit as well! Thank you so much for the wonderful care! We finally found our forever vet for our baby. :)

The staff of Fairmont Animal Hospital are compassion and empathy and love of the animal embodied. At the end of Edna's life, we were presented with various options, and were supported in the decision made. Not only the dog's comfort was considered, but also my own. The service received is more than is required....and is truly appreciated.

I have to say I love the care my boy gets from Dr. Vickie and receptionist Pam. Every single person that works there goes above and beyond to accommodate. Zeke just got neutered and right after his surgery they called right away to let me know how it went. Called the next day to check in on him. Just amazing service. I highly recommand them.

They were very patient with my pet. They even cleaned out his cat carrier after he had an accident. The vet explained everything clearly and was very thorough and gentle during the exam.

Can't believe after bringing all my dogs here for 20 plus years this year I was refused an appointment. Too get my 2 dogs in for their annual check up. Reason i was given they closed my file as I had to take my dog to be put down last year at another vet as there was no one available at Fairmount to complete this service. You failed to provide a service and I was forced to go to a other vet for a 1 time service and now you refuse my other pets...5 dogs 20 years and because you couldn't provide a service and force me to another vet when my next visit were due. SHAME ON THE NEW OWNERS.

We started taking our animals to Fairmont Animal Hospital after our regular vet that we knew quite well and loved very much moved out of town to work elsewhere. We had heard that Fairmont was a great clinic and decided to check it out. Of course, we were a bit hesitant that we may not find the same great service that we had previously received from our other vet, but these fears were quickly abolished when we met Dr. Parker and the rest of the Fairmont Team. At the time that we started attending Fairmont, one of our dogs was dealing with some very complex medical issues. Dr. Parker was so kind, caring, and compassionate (along with the rest of the staff) fitting us in where needed, calling us to discuss the best treatments, and corresponding with specialists in Guelph to ensure that our sweet boy received the best care and quality of life possible. The time spent with us during vet visits far surpassed any of our expectations as Dr. Parker was very thorough and ensured that we always understood everything she was saying and gave us time to ask any questions we may have. We were never rushed with her at our vet visits.Dr. Parker and the staff at Fairmont have continued to be the most kind, caring, and supportive staff/clinic throughout all of our multiple pet's needs. We have also met Dr. Wells in passing at the clinic, she is also so friendly and kind; it is clear how much she also cares about her clients (both pets and humans). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. If you are trying to decide where to take your pets and where they will receive the best care, this is the place to go. Fairmont makes you feel like family. They not only care about your pets but they care about you too. Thank you so much, Fairmont for all of your wonderful care. We will absolutely be lifetime clients.

We have been clients at this clinic for over 45 years with several generations of fur-kids. The staff has always, always been kind, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. We love the staff, and are always quick to highly recommend them. Thanks, guys...we love ya!!

We had a great experience at Fairmont for puppy's first visit with Dr. Vickie! The Puppy Kit is a great tool, with a checklist to make sure we covered all the bases plus lots of take home info. We'll be stopping by for 'cookie therapy' (dropping in to get a treat - no needles, no scary stuff) which will hopefully help puppy feel better about going in future.
