Showed up an hour before opening, and couldnt be treated due to a lack of physicians. The healthcare system is BROKEN, top to bottom.I should add that the man who had to break the news to the lineup and tell about 40 people to go home, seemed compassionate and empathetic. Id give him 5 stars. The place itself is actually an insult those without family doctors.Really government? For everyones sake, just figure it out

(TW ABLEISM)They told my Girlfriend that she shouldnt be in a wheelchair, and dismissed her pain in her back saying- You should go to a psych ward"This building would rather be ableist and assume whats going on

The staff here do the absolute best with what they have. There was only one practitioner available when I came (based on other reviews I believe this is the norm), and are the only “walk in” in the Westshore, so they can’t possibly keep up with the demand of such a massive community and limited staff. You have to line up at least 45 minutes before opening to get a walk in appointment. This is not their fault. The nurses are empathetic and very professional. It is clean. It’s fairly organized. They give you times to come back so you’re not waiting there all day.The doctor I saw (Dan, I think?) was very professional and direct. My issue was dealt with within an hour of the time I was told to return. At the end of the day, the issues with this clinic are systemic and out of the staff’s control. They aren’t responsible for the lack of doctors in the city.

Got into the clinic at 8:30 am. I was told to come back at 4:30 pm. When I came back in at 4: 10 pm I asked the receptionist how long, she lied and said I would be in soon, only to get in at 6:30 pm.I went in with a neck sprain, to see if there was anything else I could do to treat it. Her response to me was that she is not going to prescribe any opioids because that is what caused the drug epidemic.Hence, it is not in my character to ask for opioids. I was taken aback by the rude comment as I am a health conscious, clean living individual. Just really appalled at the judgmental lack of bedside manners with the doctor.

Pleasant people work here, I really enjoyed my visit! Yes, I had to wait the whole day even though I arrived before the opening :) , but the service, nurses and doctors are all super nice and helpful! The good thing is that Once you get seen by a nurse and register you can then go for a 4-6 hours walk and come back to your somewhat scheduled time to see a doctor.Thank you Sean and Dr. Matthew for you help today :)

Everyone in the facility did a great job at streamlining the long lineup to help everyone. Definitely arrive before opening to line up, then you get triaged, you see a nurse to discuss your reason for coming, and either they ask you to wait or give you a time to return if it will be a while.Glad they are operating! Be nice to front-line and medical workers!!

I don't review clinics based on wait times. The staff are doing everything they can to make sure people are taken care of as quickly as possible. WAIT TIMES ARE OUT OF ANYONE'S CONTROL. The STAFF and SERVICE at this care centre are superb! I arrived 1.5 hours before they opened at 8am and only waited an hour before I was out the door and set to go. Thank you healthcare staff, you are appreciated!

Staff are pretty rude not very helpful, not doctors fault but I was there at 7am and there was already a huge line by 8am they told us they could only take 12ppl because only 1 doctor showed up (seemed to be a usual thing) and by the time they told us only 12 people would be accepted every other clinic was full atleast 30 people who arrived an hour before open got sent away with no other plan. If you need to get in I suggest showing up at 6-6:30am to wait.

Dr Brown was compassionate about my ailment, very professional. Called me with results right away! Anthony my nurse took all the details prior. Very thoughtful! Had wait close to 3 hours to see the doc but happy with the service. Tip get there early. They open at 8. I was there at 7:15 and I was 17th in line
