We have hired Abell for mouse control, and when they first came out we had seen a mouse but no droppings. An early infestation.He placed traps outside and was a bit dismissive, saying it wasn’t a big deal. 3 weeks later we had caught two mice ourselves (inside with our own traps) and have notable droppings over the kitchen.Abell exterminator comes back and finds nothing in his outside traps and tells us “one mouse can do a lot, there isn’t much he can do”. We have to convince him to check our house for possible entry points, and he placed two traps inside this time.It’s now two weeks later and we still have mice. Droppings, sightings- clear escalation. I don’t know what to do, our Abell exterminator doesn’t seem to care - I don’t know what we have paid for, as the only mice caught are by me.I would recommend hiring anyone else.
