Unprofessional, very old equipment, poor results, over promised but under delivered. The owner Fatima Haddadi-Bahram has shown so much lack of respect towards her own client by screaming over the phone and hanging up. She seems to have hanger issues. She rents a small room at SunVibes Tanning Studio where she performs her sketchy and shoddy work. Her prices are too good to be true but the quality is not there. Hence I requested I refund for the remaining sessions and she handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally. Stay away! not worth the time neither the aggravation.

First of all I called her by looking at her ad on Groupon and next thing she said “don’t pay on Groupon you can come to me as I will give you the same price which is $109 for one microneedling session just pay the money on-site as cash or debit”. When I arrive there she was literally convincing me to pay for three sittings together which is $250 she was not even starting my session before Payment. Now she is not even refunding me for the unused service. This is how she fooled me.It is very disappointing.

I went to see Farah to get IPL Foto facial service and i was so happy with her service. My face felt fantastic was defenitley the best IPL i have got. I will defenitly be going back to book more sessions. She is super nice and great service and very clean room.

Took my money and disappeared! I’m enraged

I was reccomended by my brother to see Farah. I got laser hair rmeoval done and after the 6 sessions my chest and back was completley hairless. It has been almost a year and no hair has grown since and i am extremley happy. Her service is very good as well and really clean room.

I was looking forward to get my laser hair removal done. Arrived 30min before my appointment, even tho it was hard to find. Finally found it and the “spa” is a room inside a store that sells tanning stuffs. Not exactly professional setting, but i was still excited to get my laser done. I went into the room, took off my jacket and was ready to remove my clothes. She stops and said i need to pay first. she took out a billing booklet (the ones from dollar store) and walk me outside the room and insisted i need to pay first. We argue for 15min about why we can’t do anything until I pay. The vibes she gave out was so unprofessional and fishy. So, i left and told her i’ll go to a spa that’s more professional. I won’t recommend this place unless you are ok with the unprofessional setting and pay first policy. Hope this help.

I paid around $100 with a Groupon for microneedling. When I called to make the appointment, the owner asked for voucher number as it takes 2 weeks to get paid. I provided the number and booked appointment. The spa" is a room inside a tanning salon. When I went for my appointment

I gave her $250 cash for 3 sessions.. when she finished my first treatment I didn’t like the session so asked her nicely if she can plz refund me for the remaining sessions . she ignored me and left the spa by saying to the the receptionist call security on her . I couldn’t believe. Receptionist refused to help she said she rents the room here I can’t help you .I realize after the recipe she gave me didn’t have any information on that ..it’s from dollar store I will attach the pics plz check below. Her name is SARAH I hope she is same person who has certificate on the wall . I wish I could have checked the reviews before going there . I am leaving the 3 review regarding same problem. PLZ DONT PAY HER BEFORE GETTING THE TREATMENT .
