Robert and his team at Worker and Hive go above and beyond with their customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable, trusting and very passionate about beekeeping. Also, their prices are hard to beat in Alberta, which is a nice bonus - especially if you're just getting into beekeeping.I've been researching beekeeping the last few years and finally decided to take the plunge. I did my due diligence and shopped around before purchasing both the equipment and bees. Price wise Worker and Hive is hard to beat for almost ALL pricing on items and bees. There products are top quality and the 5 frame Nuc I received was robust and bursting at the seams with bees and brood. (Shown in the pictures)I phoned a few places to ask a few questions about products and purchasing a Nuc and Robert was by far the most helpful and easy to talk to. As a new beekeeper he took the time to answer my questions and overall I felt he genuinely wanted to help.Since receiving the Nuc I've ordered a few more items and the process is extremely transparent. I know when my order is placed, approximately how long it will take and I'm notified of when the products have arrived.Overall I am extremely pleased with the service, products and customer experience at Worker and Hive. It also feels good to help support a local start up!!
