I've never had this amazing level of customer service as I did with Ray. It started with a simple tire change hut he sent text updates to when I could pick my vehicle up. I had asked him to look at my check engine light if it could be a simple fix. It needed a part, which he brought in, installed and cleared the code. He kept me in the loop with every detail and worked with me for a convenient time to bring it back to him. He followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was ok and if I had any issues or concerns, hed help me out. This level of service is so rare and i wanted to give Ray a shout out. Thank you, Ray, for making this so incredibly easy for me.

Kal tire is probably the only shop I would ever trust my car at. That being said, always had good experiences when coming here. Very accommodating and helpful, would definitely recommend this place and will be going back next time I need any work done. Ray especially was very great with helping me get what I needed this last time, (which was a bit of an odd request) so definitely appreciate of the great service here.

I got an appointment the next business day for a brake package and the work was done in only a couple of hours at a great price. Super friendly staff, and one who kindly corrected a miscommunication with a phone quote (thanks Dan). We'll be back for all future service work Kal Tire can provide. Recommend this shop!

Very professional and courteous shop. I took my truck in to repair a punctured tire. I called at approximately 7:30AM on a Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in, not only the same day, but also within an hour. I understand that scheduling is at the mercy of how busy the shop is, it's just refreshing to call and be able to bring your car to the shop almost instantaneously.The waiting area is quite decent as well, with cozy lounge chairs and complimentary coffee. All said and done, I was able to get my car in and out of the shop by around the 1hr mark. Ray and Dan were awesome to deal with and the staff were professionals at handling everything from my truck to the customer service aspect.

I had a flat tire, took the tire off to take it to Kaltire for a repair since I have run flats and already towed the car home. Ended up having a tear in the side wall, wasn’t fixable. The service advisor I had was super helpful. Tried to find a new tire for me but they were out of stock. Mentioned it might be under warranty since they aren’t old! I am now checking into that. I was planning on paying for the service as I did take up some time, but there was no charge. I am very happy with the service I received. I will be back if I ever need anything else! Thanks again :)

(i know absolutely nothing about cars) I got a flat and needed a tire similar to my other 3 tires (they are an uncommon brand) I called kal tire and they said they didn’t have my tire but they probably had pretty similar ones and recommended I come in and talk to someone. I got there at about 12:30 and they took a look at my wheels and explained a lot to me because of my lack of knowledge. They checked if they had a similar tire in stock but they did not. However, Ray said he could order one and have it there by 4pm the same day and it was less expensive then the other. He booked me in at 4 for a balancing and installation. i got there at 4 and was served right away and was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I waited in their comfy chairs and was given updates about my car. It was finished in 45 minutes and Ray helped me save almost $50 where as I thought they were going to take advantage of someone who knew nothing about vehicles. Phenomenal service from all staff. Fast. Affordable. Knowledgeable.

Vehicle repairs are always a concern for me, and my mechanic had recommended I get the tires re-torqued. Not familiar with double torque, therefore not necessary. Confused and a little upset/angry, getting two different recommendations. Front desk rep was very professional despite my tone (on phone). Kal-Tire looked at my car asap that day. My car runs better. Not a safety concern for me (or other drivers). Very happy with service and professional treatment despite my anger on phone. Recommend this shop.

I brought my vehicle in for new tires and from the second I walked up to the doors, it was a great experience. Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. He opened the door for me, which was super helpful because I was pushing my baby in a stroller. Not only did he do this once, he did it every time because I left and came back! He gave me updates on the progress and made sure I knew I could ask for any assistance for me or my baby.After my vehicle was already checked in, I remember I was overdue for my oil change and asked if they would have time that day at all and Ray told me he would make sure the techs changed my oil, too! He was so kind and helpful. The techs worked very quickly but did a great job even with their speed! I have zero complaints and will definitely come back!
