Donna and Tanya at Abbotsford, both went above and beyond with their assistance and willingness to help me get this *stinkin* renovation done. Nothing but problems and issues from the get-go, but these gals saved the day and my sanity!

Excellent communications and service by the staff on setting up reservations for equipment to scheduling delivery and re-delivery to another site. Equipment rented for 4 weeks worked as expected and made it possible to do the work that I had to get done.

Super friendly and helpful. I showed up 4:30 on a Friday to get a tool i needed for the weekend, the lady behind the counter was very nice, helpful and good at her job. Even going the extra mile to get me what I needed when the tool was at a diffrent location.

I recently dealt with a situation with United Rentals customer service department. A gentlemen name Brandon helped me out with a serious personal concern and got to the bottom of this. He also spoke to the Manager Christopher about this matter. Brandon was very patience and understanding with listening to what I had to say and he actually cared because he went above and beyond and even followed up with me a week after. It's rare these days to have this kind of gesture or concern with customer service department. Brandon should get a little bonus, promotion or even a raise for what he did. He definitely worked from his heart which is hard to encounter these days. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Brandon. You keep it up! I just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman that stopped my car to return the watch I left on the top of my trunk at the corner of Mt Lehman and Fraser Highway. I don’t know his name but he was driving a United Rentals van. :)
