It didnt seem to have any service at this location or didnt care about it i wss there sunday may 7th around 5pm and no one seem to be behind the counter, no excuse for this.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HARVEY'SIn a recent interaction with this restaurant, I've had the complete displeasure of being scolded and disrespected by someone in the manager position (but certainly not a manager) by the name of Asim.Upon receiving my DELIVERY order of 4 burgers, 3 onion rings, fries and 2 pops/2 slushies, I found 3 pop, 1 MILKSHAKE, one of the pop drinks with some trash in it, and one of the burgers missing bacon.After a very deliberate phone callwith Asim about getting my order refunded, I was advised to go into the store directly, as Harvey's security issues with credit card payments prevented it from being refunded onto the card. I agreed to return to the store for a full refund only, and left.Once I got to the store, it was Asim's sole mission to talk down to me about my expectations from his restaurant, to snidely blame DoorDash drivers for his restaurants performance, to indirectly tell my partner that it's not her place to voice her concerns, AND TO REFUND LESS THAN HE AGREED OVER THE PHONE.Not ONCE in his very loud and unprofessional tirade did he offer anything resembling an apology for having longtime customers return to the store for a refund due to order fulfillment, let alone the rest. I advise against supporting this restaurant not only for the rapidly decreasing consistency in quality, but for the fact that it is run by someone whose idea of customer service is telling us that in 4000 orders daily, he doesn't make too many mistakes and we should be grateful.Please, keep your kids from working here, your family from eating here and your money from being spent here. Asim doesn't respect or deserve any of it.

Ordered online at 21:41 friday, picked up at 21:55. Ice cold burger, ice cold fries, warm onion ring. Dumped all. Good bye Harvey's. Never again.

Ordered through the App. The order was ready on time. The bag was taped shut so I didn't check it until I got home. It wasn't my order at all. The burgers were swimming in grease with the bun flattened and the toppings all over the packaging. I returned to the restaurant and waited 40 minutes in line to reorder. While I was in line 4 other people came back to have their orders corrected. I will not be back!

Ordered an angus combo through Uber with Lg onion rings on Jan28th around 1:15PM. Onion rings were over fried and cold! (Only 100m away from Harvey’s) burger was poorly presented like dog food plus missing add ons. Can’t find reliable students??

The food was good and prepared well as you can see them doing so but the service was SO slow! After ordering it took about 15 minutes for us to get our food. The person serving us at the counter taking our order was super confused about whether you could get frings" in a meal. It took 4 times to explain this is what we wanted. They also didn't know how to wrap the chicken wrap."

Saw a sticker on the window of the drive thru asking for a google review so here it is…I don’t understand how this location is consistently the slowest fast food in my area. We have been waiting 10 minutes for an order I placed online even before arriving. I understand it’s attached to a Swiss chalet, but there was absolutely no one in front of us.Service was also so-so with no welcome / thank you. I observed two male employees at one point just watching a female employee work instead of stepping in to help. Not sure if one was a manager… no one was outright rude, but i think the current ratings of bellow 4* is a fair reflection of what to expect in my experience.

Absolutely awful experience. May 7 around 430-5 pm. Put our order in and waited in drive through for almost 20 min. Us thinking. Oh good good will be nice and hot. Not even close. The small amount of frings we got were cold Think I got maybe 10 fries in total and 5 onion rings. So did my husband. My burger didn’t have close to what I ordered on it. Had maybe a half of a pickle. And bun was so soggy And was cold. Husbands burger was cold. I don’t understand why we waited so long for awful food. Should have gone back in but we were already in a hurry and couldn’t wait for a better order. If I could give negative stars I would

It's a mediocre place to eat. The service is okay and the diner is not bad as well. The fries are the only part of the meal that are actually fresh, the rest, although made fresh" has a very obvious staleness to it because of the frozen ingredients.This particular location is usually lower vs the other location in st laurent."
